I can understand your situation. I have found myself in such situations in Taipei & it can be really irritating. I suggest you can try backpage, now a days; it is cracker.com. There are massage ads in local English newspapers. You will have to bargain a lot. Normally; they say NTD 500 but on asking for discount; they might drop up to NTD 3000. There's nothing available below NTD 3000. This price is for 45 to 50 minutes - 1 shot. But sometimes the rate is high; around NTD 4000 - 4500 for 50 minutes. I tried to increase the time & shots but the person on the phone or on the wechat simply doubles the rate.

Yesterday night, I decided to try something new and found the "XIDU SPA" on a relatively unknown website. I started to do some research on it. It appears to work following the exact same system as Caesarworld (which I have never visited yet but read many reviews).

This is a complete review of this nice place:

As google street will show you, you can spot the place with the big explicit blue pictures. The entrance leads to stairs that go down. Then you will arrive in a lobby where 2 female employees show you a menu with the prices. They do have an English one but don't expect anything about their language skill. For a 50 min massage+FS the cost will be 4300. They also pointed me a 2000 ntd /70 min service but never understood exactly what this is about. The entrance to the SPA with no girl is 600 ntd but already included in the 4300 ntd "massage" price.

Next step is a place to remove your shoes, then a locker room. As usual in Asia, you undress yourself and walk naked to the SPA next door. You will find 3 baths with different temperatures, some showers with a nice water pressure, some other showers with seats. Shampoo, soap and even toothpath are provided. When finished you dry yourself with the provided towels, and take a bathrobe. There is a small room with seats, mirrors, swab and moisturizer. Follow the corridor to the dining room. It looks like an old 4 stars hotel. Clean enough with a nice lighting, about 2 tennis courts big. Free drinks are provided but the food you have to order and pay..
