The Longshan Temple area is the last taste of old Taipei. Bargains can be had. But you must be firm and know what you want. It is a confluence of so many nationals, Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwan, China. The older area by the Huaxi night market, yes, has older tea room ladies, but walking those ancient alleys, seeing all the KTV bars, there is really a lot to see and you will run into MILF's and even younger ladies. But use your poker face and maybe it takes a few times to learn the game. Usually to get into a place after seeing a girl on the street they quote 1000 NTD and once getting in a room another 100 for tea and then your lady has an agreement with her friends to come in, 2 or 3 and to try and sit with you for another 300 NTD's each. Some updates:
