Several months ago my company started making plans to send me to Taipei for a week of business. With the majority of Coronavirus cases happening in different parts of Asia, they are hesitant to send me but still are telling me to be prepared to travel. For my part I would like to try and line up some engagements in advance if I can firm up the dates of travel. Anyone ever tried the Line contacts listed in PH videos or links (such as below) and been successful? I note the PH user accouns don't get logged in to for months after creation, and the subject text in multiple links lists different locations of service throughout various parts of Taiwan.

I used to speak fairly good Mandarin but it's been years since I've had any long or meaningful conversations in the language. A week or so ago I ran into a Taiwanese tourist and had a 30 seconds chat with him and gave him some directions to a restaurant he was looking for.
