I've visited that store a couple of times last year. You pay an "oil fee" of 1,200 first which is for the massage. Whatever extras you want you discuss with the provider when you're in the room.

They will usually try to upsell you a HJ or BJ for an additional 1,000 or 1,500. FS is usually on the menu and they ask for an additional 4000 for FS first, but most of the time they will settle for 3,000 or less.

Cesarsworld has been a staple of Taipei for a very longtime. I have visited many times during my 30+ years of traveling to Taiwan. It is relatively clean, safe and in my opinion a relatively good deal. Your experiences may vary depending on the girl that you get. Many of them are on the old side, however there are a few gems to be had. If your initial assigned attendant is not of your liking, don't be afraid to wave her goodbye and they will promptly assign another that may be more to your standards. I have enjoyed my many visits to this spa and always find time to relax in the hot pool before taking up and extracurricular activities. Also, they are extremely accommodating to foreigners. I say give it shot and let me us what you think.

I want there at 8-9 pm last week and there wasn't much action going on.

As stated a few posts down by "OPTIONAL," his reliable sources informed him that Kangding is plagued by law enforcement due to bonuses. Hence, the lack of quality providers.

That being said, I don't like the the rush hour, 5 to 6:30 in Kangding. Afterwards seems more fruitful. November and early December was more abundant. But, I drop in whenever I have free time. I am looking for answers during this puzzling time.

I'm an English only speaker and they accepted me. However I was honestly disappointed. The lady they gave me was way older than I wanted and wasn't that attractive. The cat bath was amazing though. Overall though, it wasn't worth the expensive price. I wished I had gone to my regular place with my regular girl but at the time I didn't realize she had just gotten back from China.

The other afternoon, Kangding, I noticed is still heavily guarded and bereft of any lady suitable to my taste. So, I went to Huaxi and expected the same. But, I met a 20 something girl I knew. Those massage spas with clear windows and complete transparency on the first floor, with foot and leg massage going on in full sight, are "MORE" therapeutic spas. They have an upstairs and depending on the masseuse, hand jobs are available. Some are appalled by the request and some take it in stride. But, the main requirement to work in that type of spa is to deliver a very decent, good, or even excellent massage.

The other spas in that area and in mostly all areas of Taiwan, with darkened glass on the storefront and a formal desk and only a very basic massage menu, like oil or no oil, you can pretty much be assured extras.

Choosing "oil" as opposed to "no oil" is your invitation to them of your desires.

If you read the posts in this thread, you will understand the Longshan area better. Kangding has younger girls, more so than Huaxi in that neck of the woods.

Although, in the elevatored building in Huaxi, on the higher floors, I have seen young and beautiful girls that NEVER walk the streets in the Huaxi night market alleys. But, they seem to be reserved for those old-timer alcohol infused singing rants and parties that the area is famous for.
