I am not against paying first locally. Most times I have to pay first locally. For these visiting providers that you don't know, you can't pay first. Many lie about services in their ad. I visited another provider and she wanted payment first again after we shower together. I just put on my clothes and leave but she relented so I stayed. She does not even know she put the services she does not intent to offer in her ad. The previous "pay first" provider message me to go back to visit her after I have left.

Just west of the train station you will find the intersection of Yanping S. Rd. And Hangkou Street. Near that intersection are at least five parlors. Each has barbershop poles and tinted windows, so they're easy to spot. You can sort of see girls through the tinted windows. They will call out to you as you walk by, but they don't come out after you. The parlors--and some of the girls--look like they have been there a long time. There's also a huge police station not two blocks away, but that doesn't seem to matter (Anyway, I stopped in one of them. Quoted price was 1600 HJ, 2000 BJC, 3000 FS. I saw a girl who was pushing 40 from China, with a nice body and face. I opted for BJC. She took me into a room where massage tables were separated by curtains. Things were happening behind the other curtains and all of it was audible to everyone. Many visiting providers are charging so much and the ones I contacted all wanted pay before. Went to see one, she told me pay first after I was almost naked. I showed her the money but that was not enough so I put my clothes back on and leave.

If you have been to some of these in calls then you know most of them stay on the MRT line that goes to Longshan temple. That was where I went after. There is currently a cluster of Vietnamese providers in that area. If you prefer light skin and young, then it is worth a visit. I consider some of them pretty, better than most of LINE providers. It is non GFE quickie, all covered, they don't wash after either. I have never been rushed but don't expect too much interaction with them. Girls can be a little shy but is not bad for 1500 NTD. They don't speak much Mandarin, or English. I will only give you a hint on how to find them. You will be rewarded if you put in effort. Go opposite direction of Longshan, check the alleys in the whole area. It will be easier to find them after work because you are likely to see mongers gathering around the area. Police is known to check this area so watch out for police.

I usually don't use WhatsApp. If you use them, be careful that you will be giving away your phone number when you contact a provider.

I have never been to Taipei but might be going next month for a week and wanted to ask if anyone can recommend girl friendly hotels.
