I decided to give this place another shot tonight. It was sort of a strange experience though. I'm convinced that more is probably available here but you have to speak Chinese to get it, or I just haven't cracked the code yet.

I've been curious about this place for years since it is right by the hotel I stay in. I always expected it was a legitimate place, but I TOFTT and tried it out last night. Great post Big Money, I have to say Taiwan is not the most friendly place for P4 P but there are a few gems here and there for about 3 K 4 K a pop. I've been mongering on and off in Taipei for a couple of years now, and I check in here from time to time. Here are some of my shared experiences. Below are a couple of my regular places near Longshan Temple MRT.

Minquan Blue Wanhua. No. 197, Section 3, Heping West Rd, Wanhua District, Taipei City, Taiwan 108. Same management as Minquan Blue, but the girls are cheaper but not as hot.

169 Heping West Pink. No. 169, Section 3, Heping West Rd, Wanhua District, Taipei City, Taiwan 108. Has a pink-purple sign.

BTW, the block behind Heping West (Wuzhou by Sanshui by Huaxi) has plenty of aggressive solicitors especially at night which reminds me of Bangkok or Philippines. I don't really recommend the back alley places unless you are comfortable with Chinese. Google translate is the extent of my Chinese, and I stay with the massage places on Heping West. Although I only recommend the above 2 places, I've been to about 4-5 places on Heping West.

FS can be had with just about any of the working girls in this block, but you need to know a few things.

In some of the massage or spa places, there is a repeating customer quota that girls have to meet each month. If the girl does not meet a certain number of repeating customers, then she has to pay some kind of fine. So use this to your advantage. Most of the time you can get HJ on the first visit because they are taking the risk to see if you are a cop. But if you tell them that you want FS next time, 80-90% of the time they will agree because they need repeating customers. Also, get their personal number and make an appointment with them directly so they can tell mamasan and get credit for repeating customer. About another 10% of time, it took me the 3rd visit to get FS. Only a few times I did not get FS, and I quit seeing the girl, and most of the time they quit working at that spa anyways.

With the back alley places in the block behind the Heping West, many are KTV or OFOP type of places. You may have to pay more and there is more risk for bait-and-switch, or try to get you to buy more drinks or time. Again, I don't really recommend them unless you know Chinese.

But if you do the WeChat search at the nearby 7-11, there is only one massage spa that come up within 100 m, and if you look across the street, you see Grace Optical. New member, but have browsed these forums for a while. Have a few Taiwanese friends who have shown me their spots, I'll try to summarize the places I know in Taipei.

1. Caesars- written at length. 4200 ntd for full service, the girls range from eh to decent. At least the rooms are always dark and the girls rim. Not much new to say.

2. Minquan Blue- also covered at length. 1500 ntd for oil massage, maximum 500 ntd extra for HJ. Only a few girls will blow, typically for 800-1000 ntd extra. I found a nice girl there that won't BJ, but will FS for 1000 ntd extra. I think 11 is one of the hotter ones, but she's kind of stuck up.

3. Lisa's MP- on Nanjing East, Section 2, 8th Floor. You can't take the elevator up unless you call and make a reservation with Lisa. The girls are young (18-24) and Taiwanese, but turn over is high. Seems like these are young impressionable girls who want extra money for whatever reason. Not all the girls are stunners, but there are always new ones, and several are straight 8-10's. 2500 ntd for massage with HJ included, extra 1000 ntd for BJ. If you play your cards right, you can FS for free but it's always nice to give a tip to enjoy a next time.

Guess I got lucky.
