Another brute force method is to type in the characters for Thai Wash Banqiao into google search, and you should see some listings. Whether or not you want to pay for the contact info listed by the search results is up to you. I'm still not sure if they are willing to service foreigners, just a heads up.

Anyways, I tried out the Thai massage place that was reported here before at 154 Minsheng East Road (not Minquan East Road). Take the MRT to Xingtian Temple Station, exit 1. Walk across the street to the Starbucks, and take a right. If you see the No. 152 chair massage place, then you walked too far.

Can't help you on hotels since I live here but from what I know no hotels will give you a hard time about bringing girls to your room. If any brothers have different experiences then post but they pretty much turn a bind eye to those sorts of things.

Thanks. In Japan, they sometimes will charge you the two person price for the night. It happened to me once in Tokyo. It depends on the hotel, but glad I don't have to worry about that in Taipei.
