I'll be visiting Taipei soon. Before the pandemic I used to go every now and then and I had a favourite spa for excellent FS called Jin Niah Hua (37329;24180;33775;19977;28331;26262, which was a spa with a hidden brothel in the back. But Google tells me it's closed down (a lot of the SPs were Chinese on short-term stays, so it must have been difficult to keep the lights on with the pandemic). Goddamn covid.

First, does anyone local know whether Jin Niah Hua is actually closed down, or still operating?

If it's really gone, then I'm wondering if anyone with post-pandemic experience of Taipei can recommend something similar, that is, incall places for FS. One place I've read about is Caeserworld anyone know if this is good and still open? Anywhere else?

Alternatively, I see that Taipei has a lot of freelancers via LINE / WeChat, but with a lot of bait and switch etc. Does anyone know of a reliable source or provider to find direct outcall SPs? Is there like a forum or something with lots of these LINE accounts etc listed up? I've found some of course but no idea which ones are legit.

I highly recommend a massage place I go to on 206 jilin Road. It's a short walk from xingtian temple station. This place became my regular because of no. 37. She's beautiful mid thirties, and very friendly and talkative. She also gives the best massages I've ever had. What time do you reckon is the best time to visit Kangding and Huaxi?

I want there at 8-9 pm last week and there wasn't much action going on.

As stated a few posts down by "OPTIONAL," his reliable sources informed him that Kangding is plagued by law enforcement due to bonuses. Hence, the lack of quality providers.

That being said, I don't like the the rush hour, 5 to 6:30 in Kangding. Afterwards seems more fruitful. November and early December was more abundant. But, I drop in whenever I have free time. I am looking for answers during this puzzling time.

I did well in Huaxi the other day, early around 2:00 PM, yielding a young date that was most pleasant. But, many older gals. I did not expect to find what I found.

Do they accept English only speakers here? I looked back at a few reviews but it was unclear if it was Mandarin speakers only.

I'm an English only speaker and they accepted me. However I was honestly disappointed. The lady they gave me was way older than I wanted and wasn't that attractive. The cat bath was amazing though. Overall though, it wasn't worth the expensive price. I wished I had gone to my regular place with my regular girl but at the time I didn't realize she had just gotten back from China.

I've been here in Taipei for a month and am looking to get back into punting, but I am finding it hard to get information and get started. I am planning to visit some of the massage places on Linsen and Rd and the likes but am having doubts on how it works and if I will get scammed.

Also, I walked around Longshan Temple and Huaxi Night market the other day and found that the street walkers were all really old. Walking through the hallway in Huaxi Night Market, I saw a lot of massage places and they all seem to have massage beds with curtains that can cover the beds. What's the deal here? It looks to me like some extras are available here or am I just imagining things?

Any tips? I can speak a bit of Mandarin but not a great deal. Thanks!

The other afternoon, Kangding, I noticed is still heavily guarded and bereft of any lady suitable to my taste. So, I went to Huaxi and expected the same. But, I met a 20 something girl I knew. Had to pay more, she told me, because she is young and cute. Would not budge on price. I had to cave and go over budget, 2 K. I knew her back pre COVID-19.

But, it was spectacular and memorable. She is unique. Not a streetwalker per say. Does a lot of singing and entertaining. Mostly light stuff. We got into it, though. Not mechanical. Those massage spas with clear windows and complete transparency on the first floor, with foot and leg massage going on in full sight, are "MORE" therapeutic spas. They have an upstairs and depending on the masseuse, hand jobs are available. Some are appalled by the request and some take it in stride. But, the main requirement to work in that type of spa is to deliver a very decent, good, or even excellent massage.

The other spas in that area and in mostly all areas of Taiwan, with darkened glass on the storefront and a formal desk and only a very basic massage menu, like oil or no oil, you can pretty much be assured extras.

Choosing "oil" as opposed to "no oil" is your invitation to them of your desires.

If you read the posts in this thread, you will understand the Longshan area better. Kangding has younger girls, more so than Huaxi in that neck of the woods.

Although, in the elevatored building in Huaxi, on the higher floors, I have seen young and beautiful girls that NEVER walk the streets in the Huaxi night market alleys. But, they seem to be reserved for those old-timer alcohol infused singing rants and parties that the area is famous for.

I've heard from my own trusted agent, one who I've used for years, that there is indeed more scrutiny lately. Since it is the end of the year, there is an increased police presence as all the policemen need to fill their quota to get their bonuses.

Again, this is just information I'm passing on, I don't know if it's true or not. But maybe a good thing to use caution for now. Although like the previous poster said, I don't know if they ever charge the monger, or just the girl.

We appreciate that information. That must be the word on the street, and many are heeding that warning. Also, Longshan is such a depressed area, with the homeless population and dilapidated buildings. But, it always feels so incredibly safe and nostalgic, like being able to go back in time to another era. The homeless population are loved and cared for in many ways. I have seen free lunches being handed out with great smiles of compassion and at other times bakery bread stuffs at various times of the day. A homeless man approached me, not for money, but told me if I am hungry, I could get free food. Maybe I need a shave and a revamped wardrobe. (LOL).

But in my long walks and observing the area, I got to know the vendors who I buy food, clothes, fruits and treats from, everybody is so old school and friendly. The herbal market there serves pre-made local herbal formulas to drink on the spot for refreshment, and the herbs sold in that area are not only from the standard Traditional Chinese Medicine repertoire, but local indigenous Taiwanese medicinal herbs, oftentimes fresh.

Longshan Temple has its own magical charm and power. I have been there for Buddhist prayers, and those that patronize the temple are so sincere and devout. I have even seen my local providers having their fruit blessed and saying prayers before starting their shifts as prostitutes. One girl asked me to perform her prayer ritual with her when I happened to meet her in a smaller nearby temple there, and then she took me to her room to be serviced. It was magical and it carried a feeling of sacredness into the session.

I say all this, knowing that modernization can't help but clean up and change that traditional area forever, and the red light district might soon be but a memory. I don't like online dating, and much prefer the red light district stroll, and smiles and banter, the shopping before buying.

The cold weather has the disadvantage of girls hiding behind their clothes. I really don't care for chubby tummies, and the multilevel clothes hide that. I walked with one girl after making a deal, and suddenly realized she was more out of shape than I originally scrutinized. After walking for a while, I told her that I changed my mind. She was furious for my making her walk a distance. (quite frankly she needed the exercise) She demanded to be compensated for having to walk. Understood. But, she was not satisfied with 100.

Hopefully the area comes back to life. COVID really damaged the area's reputation, as much of the outbreak being attributed to the tea houses.

With so much police presence, aren't you worried about getting caught in the middle of a transaction, or pants down? Genuinely curious, because that's always prevented me from purchasing from the Longshan area.

Look, I am not pretending to be a fearless warrior who ignores caution. But, to answer your question truthfully, no, I am not afraid. I was there again, for my fourth time this week. I did strike out a couple of times.

Today, I met somebody. She was no beauty Queen, but she went so far above and beyond the call of duty to make up for it, that I am eternally grateful to her. It was no quickie. Shower before and after, talking, lost track of time, no buzzer, and plenty of honest. Sincere, dramatic real action. (and I say that based on drawing duds who just quit early knowing they were paid in full either way on many occasions).

However, the police presence today was intense, and I can't blame it on rush hour. There were far more police than girls. And, no beauties, except for one true cutie who wanted 3 k. I'm not paying that. Plenty of pimps, and I am sure they will hook you up nicely, but I just don't like that middleman route.

I talked to my girl about the low provider situation. She told me it was a combination of rain and bad economy, and just no customers. I don't really buy that. Pretty girls last month told me they were very very very busy.

I can't see the police making a vicious attempt to entrap a customer. Why? If they wanted to shut the area down, just put up some yellow tape and nobody would go near it.

I assume that the deal is for the girls to vanish during the civilian rush hours to not enrage taxpayers and those in the neighborhood concerned with decency. I have had very lovely dates deeper into the evening when the law moves on to other duties.

There is plenty there. It is an old time well established red light district. Plenty of has-beens, but plenty of prime-time girls. It can only get better with the freedom to travel having been lifted.
