Tried out this place the other day for the first time. It's in the centre of the fairly seedy Min Sheng/Lin Shen area so the clientel and staff were fairly rough-looking lot (plenty of full-body tattoos, etc) but they were very friendly and welcoming (to this foreigner, anyway). Once inside it was the usual fare of hold/cold pools, sauna etc. I always find saunas a great place for my weekly shave so that was done and the obligatory body scrub was had (see Taiwan General thread for more on this wonderful treatment). I then headed up to the lounge &, even before I could sit down was approached by the mamasan. I was led to a room in a secure area and a woman was bought in. She certainly was what I would have chosen (40ish, plump, sos-so face) but I hate to turn people away so went with the flow. She gave me a so-so massage for 50 minutes then asked if i'd like a 'special'. She quoted NT$4,200 and I agreed. We proceeded and covered all the usual bases. Pretty good fun but if I returned I'd be hoping for something better. The bill was NT$4,600 all included with the NT$400 body scrub. Not bad. An average place with a really good local flavour (I like that!)

Yes, Chobe, that's the place. All of the facilities are on the ground floor.

My friend told me that these establishments are operated by the gangsters, and basically you pay a price to go into a Karaoke-like booth to watch movies/porn, and you get to pick a girl to accompany you. Well i arrived in Taipei on a Sunday. Went to Carneggies but nobody there. Then went to Brown sugar and met 3 pros from Vietnam. Took one home to my hotel but it was one of the lousiest fucks ever. A lot of faking and she kept on shouting come on come on. Luckily I could still do it but at 3K not worth the money.

Tried yesterday Ziga Zaga. Met a nice chinese gal (no pro) but in the last moment she told me she wanted to dance only and had a bf already, what a *****. So slept alone.

Tonight did not want to waste my time again with trying freebies and just called Aikos and asked for a Thai gal. After one hour (a little late) a geourgeous Thai gal from 22 showed up, well worth the waiting. What happened after was one hour of steaming sex. What a nice gal and what a good fuck she was. I love her already.

Aiko asked 5000 but when I told them that my friend payed 3000 they agreed immediately.

After 4 days my conclusion to Taipei is that you are cheaper off calling a gal from Aikos or Yuki and probably get better sex also. So better forget about the freebies unless you realy want to get a serious relation.

Before I never had to pay in TW but after I left now for two years (lived in Hsinchu for 2 years) I could not find a new gf in just two weeks. If you have enough time it is no problem to find normal gf in TW as being a white male who looks average and behaves decent.

The deeds were done right up the elevator, the street walkers I hooked up with, they loiter right on the street below the hotel they do their business.

You can identify them no problem, the tight clothes, the make up, them staring right into your eyes asking for business.

Approach, talk price, and they'll tell you to go upstairs using the elevator alone first, and once you arrive, the guy at the counter takes you to a room right away, and then shortly your girl will arrive.

But these are short fuck and leave that don't last more then 20 min.

So don't bother unless this is what you're looking for

So far, I've tried the street walkers near Longshan Temple station. And yes. The are on the OLDER side, and most are just untouchable.

But I did manage to find 2 that were decently attractive and had 2 good quickies: the (1200NT, 1300NT)

I have some good experiences with ZigaZiga, the nightclub of the Grand Hyatt, especially on Thursday night, the so called ladies night!
No entry fee for hotel guests.

Heard they remodelled Ziga Zaga. Not sure if it's still a hot pick up place? The place had quite the reputation for the ease of picking up freebies. They're not technically working girls though and have a different agenda, so I wouldn't recommend asking the girl "how much" at any point in the evening. I also thought that the girls were definitely on the "mature" side.

First-time poster here, unfortunately with some sad news.

Last Friday, after a tough week at work, decided to try out a new sauna I'the heard about (and read about on this board). I kept hearing about jing hua, which is near the City Crowne Hotel (previously Crowne Plaza) on Nanjing East Rd.

The facilities are okay, although kind of cramped. After a quick dip in the hot tub, we headed to the lounge and waited for the mamasan to make the offer.

We had beers and waited for about 30 minutes, all the while watching the two mamasans chatting with customers and even taking a few to random rooms toward the back end of the place. When we finished our beers, I nodded at one of the mama-sans, who came over and asked if we wanted massages. I said we did, but she very politely replied, "oh, you know we don't do *that* kind of massage anymore. "

I asked her why (in taiwanese), but she just said they simply didn't want to do that anymore. A real shame, considering I've heard from several sources that jing hua has good looking girls.

Anyway, we packed up our crap and scurried over to caesar world, which, thank god, is still a sure thing.

If you are looking for freebies, you can try your luck at the Carnegie's, Room 18, Lava which are a few exciting clubs around that area. An alternative would be the massage services whose numbers are all over the forum and depends on your luck. I have a few local numbers you can call if you really need help. pm me

I had taken a girl back from the Bar "The Taven" half a block west of Hyatt. That was half a year ago... not sure if there are still WG there now.

Just a warning; When I did that and it was after 12am, the security asked me whether she is a guest of hotel and asked me to register her name and ID. I told him don't be silly, she is my wife!

Any other members have any other suggestions for places around this area?
