My Host brought me to the town near the Taipei airport last evening. Tao Yuan is about 45mins (700NT) from Taipei by Taxi on a Friday evening rush hour traffic.

After the taxi ride, we were brought to this KTV named "Paradize" 天上人间 (Tian1 Shang4 ren2 jian1). There are 2 floors of rooms 3rd and 11th floor. We were brought to the rooms on 11th floor.

On comparison;

The rooms:
Better than most of the KTV I've been to in Taipei and comparable to KTVs in Shanghai.

The girls:
Quality; Average, you will get what the same in Taipei.
Quantity; somehow we were told by the manager that we are a little late (10pm) and thus all the good girls are already taken up. On a normal day she would have at least 30 girls to each managers, there are 10 Managers working in this KTV. So there must be around 300 girls in total.

The price:
1800NT per hour for the girl to sit, drink and play games with you.
5 cartons of Budwiser beer are brought in compliments of the KTV.
3 bottles of Whisky were also free because my host is a VVIP there.
There was 6 guys and 10 girls in the room and we left the place at 4am (6 hours) Total damage was 70,000 NT.
We have to pay 5000NT if we were to bring the girls out and additional 1000NT for a taxi ride back from Taipei.

My Host told me that an average session like this in Taipei would cost well over 120,000NT.

• what you paid for what kind of services

Anything else you care to share is fine, but the key information is where to start and what we need. Indeed. That's why you do your homework before asking people to repeat the same information they have already posted. Asking without having done some research first is exactly that: jumping out of the plane with no parachute. And guess what - no one is going to give you what you need that way. Do some homework, ask specific questions that make sense given what has already been posted, and then contribute something so when another "Its that Guy" comes along, you can point him to your own story and say - "RTFF". I promise you, you'll have a shit-eating grin on your face when you do.

Because at least three methods for spelling Chinese words in Roman characters are employed in Taiwan, it can be confusing, and you have to think with sounds rather than reply on Roman spellings. Let's pick it apart from Janggo's original instructions:

I inquired about a room, which is NT600 (don't know how long); I did not go up and request a girl like Janggo did, but from here you're on your own.
