I hope you didn't book for too many days. I'm also a fan of booking hotels that are central.

I usually give location a lower priority than price and comfort. For example Le Fenix is not a bad deal at the end of Soi 11 and the distance from Suk can be dealt with. Yesterday through Wotif. Com I booked the Palms@Suk On Soi 39. It's a large serviced apartment room that shows some good recent upgrades. But man I sure screwed up on location. First it's probably 3 times the distance from Sukhumvit than the Le Fenix example is. Also, Soi 39 is one way going towards Sukhumvit so to get here one has to take Soi 31 and this maze of small sois. I did a search on this thread prior to booking and got nothing. It turns out they've changed the name from Twin Palms 39 to Palms@Suk. Maybe this was done to give the impression of a better location.
Now I have to inquire why the jacuzzi tub does not work and why there is good hot water for the tub but not for the shower.
I thought it might be quite good for 1400 per night. Give it a miss.

I have no problem RTFF, but there was nothing, when I searched for it, and there seems to be more questions then reviews of hotels.
Attached photo is where I stayed.

Has anyone tried airbnb. Com for bookings? You can get condo's for under 50 US dollars?
Thanks.

Posts: 55As I am flying into BKK next week I keep finding posts on trouble bringing girl back in to the Landmark Hotel. Anybody have any info on their current door policy? It would be possible for me to change the hotel up to Thursday.
Thanks.

Unless there is an unwritten rule that WG should report to reception even if, seen they were from Nana Park they know most of the reception workers LOL. Do the walk of shame and go with them: safer for the deed. There us a bar after the reception, that is "where you were heading," weren't you? I trust 90% of the single guys checking in at Nana have only one purpose to do so.
And the hotel well know this, so ultimately it is not much of a walk of shame.

The reason I asked my question about 2 girls is:
I was staying at The Nana a few years ago. I met a couple of babes on Soi 4 near the Nana. I went to my room first, alone, and told them both to come to my room a few minutes later. A few minutes later one came to my room. She told me they both went to the reception desk in the lobby (the one where the cashier is). Reception told them only one could come up. So only one came up. I guess the mistake was that they went to the reception desk.
