Might be in BKK, but not everywhere in the world I'm afraid. Marriott are owned by bible bashing wacko's, and wherever they could curb our kind of fun they will.

It is a really nice Marriott with a great lounge, if you have access.

I've been to Adelphi suites with a gogo girl under 20. She was with me when we checked in and she showed the hotel her ID.

    Hello,

Was curious are most hotels in BKK going to be OK with 18+ or will most be 20+ similar to Pattaya. I hate finding a hot chick in that 18-19 range and not be allowed to take her home.

    Thanks.
    Hi,

I had a GF that worked as a hotel receptionist at Adelphi Suites on soi 8. The strict hotel policy was 20 years old with I. D.

The law that pertains to the of 20+ issue is not an age of consent one, but more a law related to alcohol consumption in certain establishments. I have only heard of one hotel in Bangkok insisting of the lady being 20+ to enter. I can't remember the name of the hotel off hand.

I always stay at a large 4 star or above type hotel which has a busy lobby. I always get the lady to call me when she is arriving and then wait in the lobby for them. Once they arrive I just walk upstairs with them. I have never ever been stopped when entering a hotel with a lady and never been asked for ID. The ladies I see start at around 22 years of age of go up to a maximum of 28. I repeat a lot, so always walk arm in arm with the lady and anyone that bothers to look would assume we at least know each other.

Scroll and do a search, you will find a plethora of information.

Personally, I love Four Points by Sheraton On suk 15.

It is a very busy intersection but I never heard any noise. Breakfast is served at Indulge. 2 eggs, sausage, potatoes and bread for B299. They'll give you a B100 discount coupon for one breakfast. No safe is a deal killer for me. I keep my passport and extra cash in the safe.

The reason I stay here sometimes is that I can take the airport link to the BTS station to the hotel. No need for a taxi to / from the airport. I prefer not to deal with Bangkok taxi drivers especially when going from my hotel to the airport. Don't mind saving the B800-B900 roundtrip for the taxi cost either. It's a one minute walk to the MRT. Terminal 21 and the BTS Asoke station is a 3 minute walk. BTS can be accessed without walking in the rain thanks to a covered walkway or an air-conditioned shortcut via the Interchange building next door (no steps and air conditioned all the way). You don't need to walk across busy Asoke road for the BTS / Terminal 21.

Price was B1900 for a Superior room. The room is very modern with a nice bathroom and a decent sized walk in shower. You get 2 free water bottles and two free toothbrushes daily. There is an in room safe and the TV has CNN International. There were a few other English language channels but I didn't watch much TV. The deluxe room is much larger for an extra B600.

One thing to mention. Rooms here sometimes show a list price of B3000 even on the hotel website. Just call or email them directly if you don't see the B1900 rate. Being super close to the BTS and MRT make this a great value.

I stay in condos at Mid Town Asoke. 1100 thb a night, kitchenette, about 60 sq meters but no safe and it's an older building. 7/11 and many snack shops below. I use the motortaxi to get there from T21 for 15 thb.

I only take girls back to temporary stay hotels, generally not to where I lived full time, so perhaps he would have avoided that too. We all may need to avoid local gossip, and possible problems with girls going mentally crazy.

We have quoted web sites that list GF Hotels, or list those not friendly before on this forum. I can't be bothered to do a search for those sites yet again, but they are there. Yes it is not the easiest thing to search for on this forum. If I search, I use the function Thread Tools - "Show printable Version" - 1000 posts, then text search that , which was highlighted to us by the famous Nic Frenchy.
    Thanks indeed I really appreciate.
