Posts: 972 room suite with decent living room?
Hey guys, need a little help. Ill be making a quick visit to BKK with a friend of mine, I was hoping to find a decent 2 bedroom service apartment or 2 bedroom hotel suite. Does anyone have any good suggestions for something next to Nana or cowboy? Alternatively thinking of booking 2 regular hotel rooms with interconnecting room. We like to party a bit with the girls before going to our own rooms to do the dirty.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for the help!
Kkreeac,
Stay safe and play safe.

Did not give me a room that I already booked directly to the hotel. I had a front room on 6th floor and it was noisy all night.

Hi guys, I finally decided on 2 nights at the Majestic suites. Does anybody have any tips on where the best rooms are within the hotel in terms of special requests when making the booking. There is also a choice of ground floor and upper ground. If any of you guys have stayed here please share some tips on where the best rooms are within the hotel. Thanks.

Here is what I do when I arrive early at one of the Soi 11 hotels. Deposit my luggage and walk over to the Sukhumvit Starbucks for breakfast. The upper floor glass windows are good for people watching. Towards mid day proceed either to Annies for a massage (rub and tug) and return to the hotel in time for check in and a good nap. Or back in the day when Soi 7 Beergarden was still a good option I would pick up a FL after few drinks and lunch and return to the hotel for afternoon delights. Followed by a nap, of course.
Grand President and President Solitaire have allowed me a 9 AM check-in more than once. If the room was not ready It would be a 30 min to 1 hour wait in which case I would deposit my bags and do the above.

First timer to BKK for business trip; has anyone ever stayed at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok?
I noted it's guest-friendly at bargirlfriendlyhotels.com, but requires guests to "leave an ID card with our security officer". Is this strictly enforced?
Can't I just bring a girl up or tell her which room # to go to? Or maybe call the front desk and give them a heads up I'm having a guest over?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for the tips on dealing with early arrival. I never thought about using toilet / shower facilities at hotel which indeed could be all one needs in the morning. Ditto about visiting a massage parlour and getting a shower and invigorating massage.

June is suppose to be the slow season due to the weather being so hot. Hotels are not running too full at this time. A suggestion, check out the Grand President website, they have a 20% off deal if you prepay and you can get a good room rate between $58 to $71 per night all inclusive. I would not chose the standard room (some complaints on them not being kept up or renovated), but the deluxe and junior suite are good deals.
