While I have not tried the gym, I have walked past it numerous times (every day in fact) on my way to the pool area. It seems very popular among the guests and there are always friendly Marriott staff present to assist. Therefore I think you will find the gym more than adequate.

In Bangkok you do not find girls in the hotels. You find the girl and bring her to the hotel.

Wrong, at least partially. Niran Grand Hotel at Udom Suk has a fish bowl as well, at another forum it was mentioned that King Park Avenue Hotel near Seacon Square also should have a fish bowl.

Perhaps you are asking what hotel has a fishbowl with ladies to choose. I have seen this in hotels in Jakarta and in Phnom Pen but I do not recall seeing this in Bangkok. In Bangkok you find ladies in bars, in massage and on the street and perhaps bring them to your room. Also in hotel lounges. Maybe that is what you are asking. Maybe you are asking what hotels allow you to bring a girl to the room. 99% is the answer to that. Maybe you are asking about short time hotels that are just for sex and not for staying. Please clarify.

There are Hotels with fabulous Views but unlikely at your price. Column Hotel was exceptional, as one example. Any high floor on a very tall Hotel can have very good views.

You can use Hotel booking filters to set your price, and check on map to see if location is good for you.

Omni Tower might be a good option for you if can get a high floor. For a budget Hotel I like Mermaid as very good value, but is probably slightly over your 1800 price.

I'm going to be there for 5 Days so I don't mind splurging if the price is right. Girlfriendly and good views at 2500 b? Any options in this range?

The last time I was in the big mango, I stayed over at Adelphi Suites. Brilliant place with the exception that they have all non smoking rooms. I love their friendliness, breakfast and overall service. I remember paying around 1500 B a night when I was last there maybe 6 months ago. Tried searching to get a similar price and I'm shocked to see that they've nearly doubled their rack rates.

Is there a similar hotel I can go to? Budget around 1800 B a night and hopefully with a great view? I like to look out when I'm not with a girl.

I think most hotels in Bangkok have been gradually pushing up prices for a few years now, some just slightly whilst others have big jumps. I don't rally look at budget hotels these days, I'm usually only ther for a few days so the extra to go better is only a couple of thousand baht.
