This is the first question ever. RTFF back to 7/2017 and no reference regarding Vitamin see. Anyone know if I can buy legit Cialis at the pharmacies without prescription?

I will be visiting for short time with a private local and will need some sustainability motivator. Thanks for the help.

It is incorrect to claim that ED drugs are "street drugs" in Thailand, as one poster on here did.

It is true that fakes are available everywhere in night market stalls -and some unscrupulous pharmacies- at least one pharmacy in Sukhumvit Road sells fake Cialis, so always take it out the box and eyeball the foil!

Firstly, unless you have a reaction to Tadalafil (Cialis) then why use the obsolete and inferior Sildenafil (Viagra and its generics?)

Cialis and a generic called Apcalis are widely available in Thailand OTC.

Cialis or its generic off the streets is just all FAKE. Stay well away from it.

If Cialis is in a transparent bubble packaging it is FAKE. That is obsolete packaging, the real deal is now in opaque foil, you cannot see the pill.

Apcalis however DOES have a clear bubble packaging. And as its a cheap generic, there's not much point faking it. It works as well as the Lily branded stuff (Cialis).

The Kamagra gels are genuine, but they're old science (Sildenafi) , and they're often stored poorly by street vendors, risking heat degradation.

Cialis / Tadalafil effects should last at least 48 hours on one dose, and up to 72 hours is often reported.

I'm not doctor, but bad pussy smell could be due to a range of medical issue, many of which are simply not her fault, and do not necessarily indicate poor hygiene.

For example, a girl I used to see many years back had a cyst / benign tumor which caused a horrid smell, and the situation got much better after she had it removed. You should definitely ask your friend to get a checkup, or even take her to a doctor, she'll be thanking you later.

Wrote the name down and I was pointed to a shelf with small gold boxes. 415 bht later I'm the proud owner of 6 green pills. Evaluation: Took an pill in Ibiza. Err pill about 45 minutes before. I was a rockstar. Lasted about 2 days. Did not immediately followed up to another one to see if it had some effects. None noted. Repeated about for days later, still no negative effects. So I'm a believer.

If you Google Grakcu the first hit from the FDA says that it contains the active ingredients for Viagra and Cialis. I'd strongly recommend staying away from it and just walking into a pharmacy and asking for Cialis or its generic. At least you know the pharmacy item will be trying to give you near the listed dosage -- who knows what's in the "herbal" supplement.

It becomes immediately clear that you don't live here.

It is all over the place in Pattaya and Bangkok. I'd be surprised if it was not available in Chang Mai. However, "legit" and "in a pharmacy" may be too much to ask in Thailand for such things. ED drugs are street drugs here, literally.
