Just spotted some info online for Fang VIPMember Club. Looks very interesting. It is just north of the Super Highway not far from Tesco Lotus. Has anyone been there? Was thinking of giving it a try in a couple of days. Looks quite nice from the photos. As the page is in Thai, I had a little trouble understanding everything, but it looks like prices range from1, 000-1, 800 baht. Not sure what services are included. I'm pretty sure the name is a misnomer.

All around the outskirts of Chiang Mai city there are new glorified body to body massage parlours opening. Some are called clubs, such as the Pretty Club for example and others actually classifying themselves as body to body massage. Some have already been closed down due to violence being used against customers who have refused to pay after being scammed. One Danish guy was actually blinded in one eye by a mama san.

The Pros and Cons:

The only pros are the girls who are prostitutes and all the rest are total cons.

They prey on a first time customer's naivety, the object being to extract a customer of thousands of bahts in the quickest time possible, a sort of blitzkrieg on the wallet.

This is how it works:

A gullible guy walks into the premises. The first site that hits him is wall to wall eye candy, hot looking lookers all dressed provocatively enough to wet the appetite of a saint. These are the bait.

Next, the customer will be shown a menu, this is from the body to body massage the same outfit and another branch of Fang in Chiang Mai Land. It`s lists a range of the services offered. Usually starting at 1000 baht per hour for a no thrills Thai massage up to 1700 baht for a one hour body to body oil massage. Printed under each listed service are the words; THIS IS A NON-SEXUAL SERVICE.

If the guy agrees to the full 1 hour oil body to body massage for the flat fee of 1700 baht as listed on the menu, then the girls will demand that he pays the full amount upfront.

Once he has paid, the guy will be given a choice of a girl and she will lead him into the massage room. Now this is when the first shock disappointment begins. Most of us are under the impression that a body-to-body oil massage will be done in the nude. Not so in this case. The girl will ask the guy to lie on the bed flat on his stomach. Then she will either just leave her shorts on or both her shorts and bra. She will continue by pouring a whole load of goop onto the guy's back and legs and then proceed to slide up and down the guy. The reason the girl will insist that the guy lays on his stomach is so that she has full control of the situation in case the guy begins getting too amorous before the bartering process begins.

Within 4 to 5 minutes the girl will prod the guy for his attention and ask what else he would like the girl to do for him? What this means is, that whatever service the guy wants over and above what's on the menu is an extra. In other words, the guy's interpretation of what is involved in the process of an oil body-to-body massage may cost him thousands, and I mean thousands of bahts more than the prices listed on the menu. If the guy is unable to afford the extras or declines the girl's offer, than they don`t care because the parlour already has his 1700 baht. In many cases the guy may not even receive the full 1700 bahts 1 hours worth of time, mostly it lasts for 40 minutes, sex if often refused and just ends in a glorified hand job.

If in the event that a customer complains, the staff will quickly remind him that it is a non sexual service as described on the menu. Yes, the quoted non-sexual service part is there to cover they're own asses, so the customer has no legalities if he wishes to take his complaint further.

In these places the girls are the carrots to tempt the donkeys or should I say; *es. You have been warned.

Had a good experience a couple of months ago. Sorry I'm just getting around to reporting. There is a small MP in the west wing garage level of the Phucome Hotel, located near the intersection of Huay Kaow and Canal road near Duncan Donuts. You have to walk into the underground parking area to find it, but you can see a blue and red neon sign when you get close that points you up a staircase. I went early, so there were only a few girls. There were two price ranges: 1, 000 B and 1, 300 B. The extra expense was for the younger, better looking girl.

I chose a 1, 000 bahter. I'm a cheap bastard. She was a tall darkskinned girl with a nice body and some wonderful natural tits. Service was OK. The room was not new, but it was nice and spacious with a big tub. I hope to go back again within a couple of weeks. I'll post another report if I do. Maybe I'll get a fancy one this time.

Last year I spent an entire week in Chiang Mai and enjoyed myself because:

++I stayed at a really cheap hotel, the Prince, that was a good value and very well located.

++Lots of good restaurants, especially Italian, and one great Mexican, Miguels. I live in Japan where really authentic and reasonably priced international food is challenging at times.

++It was sort of refreshing to ride around town on a bicycle. This somewhat limited me on the sex scene, but I don't like using tuk-tuks. Plus other less notable benefits.

++Most importantly, the sex at Sayuri was generally good and very cheap, being 1200 to 1300 or so by avoiding the cheer persons and ordering directly at the counter.

This year I split my trip evenly between CM and BKK, and won't be doing that again because the sex at Sayuri is now high priced. You get the farang price no matter how you order.

Girls with an "M" in front of the number at 2500. Some young cute ones but not really worth it given the paltry number to choose from. No air mattress soapy massage.

Girls with only a number at 2000. Mostly older at 28 to 30+. These give the soapy service.

Girls with a "B" in front of the number. Didn't partake.

The service wasn't bad, but not worth the money for the skimpy selection of talent, plus knowing the locals get serviced for half the price. Dumpy rooms too that feel like a dungeon.

I happened into Celebrity CMX at 2:30 one afternoon as the whole crew was applying their makeup in the fishbowl. Some really scary looking bitches and not one I would pay to fuck. Would certainly not recommend.

I suggest avoiding Chiang Mai if you are primarily a sex tourist in Thailand.

I just spent a week in Chiang Mai. Nothing really blew my hair back. Nice town, but the mongering scene seemed pretty poor. In addition, there must be more ladyboys per capita than BKK. They were literally everywhere.

So my advice is call travel agency in Chiang Mai and request what you want. You never know. They might have a young model escort you everywhere. No need to be bashfull. They have seen and heard everything in Thailand.
