I don´t get it!!!!

I second Freeler's advice about one bag -- after the first time to Thailand I decided I was basically just going to buy all the clothes and other things (other than condoms) I needed there, as things are so ridiculously cheap. And the nice contrast about Thailand to Europe is that in LOS there's always inexpensive lodging available with no real need to book in advance unless you've got a specific place you want to stay or find some kind of great deal online.

What I do best is worry. I did make a couple of expensive mistakes in Europe (like renting a car and driving forever and not getting hostel reservations ahead. No go go clubs in Pattaya have a membership. They can't afford to be that exclusive. Chances are there is a reason why they didn't want "you" there. Who cares anyway. Some Go Gos in Pattaya claims at entry (restrict some people) that this club is only for members. The 2 clubs I know is Class Room and Living Dolls. I don't understand how there can be membership as most of the visitors are tourist. Or they don't like the face of the incomer & restricts him politily like this.

Now a days I think little rush has increased in Pattaya. I could not got hotel room for a night in all the rooms selected from net. About 2 hours lost in finding hotel. Then I got in Hotel President in Soi 8 at night 9:00 pm. Hotel is OK with carpeted room 600 baht.

The haut was quite boring in Go Gos & Bars. At night found one beautiful girl in SOI8. Played the colour game & win mostly. When asked to take him to hotel, she agreed first but went with friend and refused afterward. Took her friend (who was not comparable) who told me first that she is on monthly periods. After reaching to the rooms she told that that girl was ladyboy. I cann't belive it.

You are right, it is a fantasy that most of us are living in Thailand - I couldn't agree more. I lost count of the girls I slept with during my 10 days but it was at least 2 a day (even if I couldn't raise one sometimes!). In BKK I hung around Soi Cowboy and basically got friendly the locals (inlcuding a couple of cops who turned a blind eye to me smoking a joint at the bar). Of course not being naive everyone is your 'friend' to a ceratin extent - but I accept that a mutual trade is taking place and hey, f**k it, you get your kicks, ring the bell and everyones happy right?.

I can't wait for more adventures though I can't decide between Rio de Jeneiro or Thaliand and where in Thaliand next?
