I would agree that Rawai is also good. The numbers of girls aren't as high as Patong, but I found it to be better prices and less BS from the girls. The girls in Rawai just seem nicer, less lying and scamming. The girls are spread out a bit more and taxis are expensive in Phuket, so it helps to have a motorcycle or something.
