As of March, there were tuk tuks in Patong. There were always 1 or 2 near the entrance of my hotel. Business was so bad that we would take a tuk tuk to dinner and the driver would wait out front to give us a ride back to our hotel.

Last week my taxi driver and I chatted about the state of Phuket during Covid. Some days he did't eat. When he did eat, it was rice and one egg.

He remembered one 7-day period when he had only one customer.

Looking for advice. Want to find 18 and 19 year olds in Phuket. Is there somewhere that specialises in this?

Ole Bar on Soi Saiyuan in Rawai also nearly always has them.

Yes you can, but you will be frowned at and pressured to stay, not walk out.

Also, you can only see the lounge area and the fishbowl with the girls in it.

They won't let you see the rooms.

There are no tuk tuks operating as their base from Rawai.

Any you will see there have come with customers from Patong, or Karon / Kata.

When in Rawai at night, there are taxis you can use to get back, get a bar to call one for you, or use the ride hailing apps of Grab, InDriver.

What is holding you back? This is Thailand. The worst that can happen to you is you don't have sex with the girl. In Thailand they are fine if you don't like the look of anyone, you can walk out free, no problem.

I thought it would be too long of a walk to go from Nai Harn to Saiyuan. I'm in good shape so I just started walking and took my time. Earlier in the day I asked TGT what time the sun sets because I was thinking I could do some walking.

When I started at 5:30 ish the sun was out. I walked on the side of the street facing approaching traffic for safety. You're right, there's not much room for pedestrians. I just took my time.

When it got dark, its just as safe if not more in my opinion because you can see cars / scooters easier by their headlights. Of course its more difficult for them to see me. I own 8 motorcycles back home but felt safer walking at night than riding a scooter in Thailand.

I believe someone wrote that the most you want to see a girl is 3 times. I may have seen this written more than once.

In my experience, if you see a girl every day for 3 straight days she becomes less of an FL and more of a bossy wife!
