Yes, there are many, but what you need is for them to be busy with customers who are likely to want to fuck.

My second time to Phuket, last time was a year and a half ago. I spent 5 nights there at the Kee Resort (great location) 2 minutes walk from Bangla Road. I hit up a few spots but will this relevant to this forum.

Yes, there are plenty of short time hotels around, one is even on Soi SeaDragon, between all the gogo's.

And yes, the girls know where they are to take you to them.

Cost might be around 600 baht but that was 3 or so years back.
