Thankfully, nobody immediately cancelled on me at that moment either and I think everything else went well after those couple of occasions too. Thanks, I would add that I have learned to make sure we discuss everything first, which I did with her. We discussed the acts and the overall time, so I thought I was covered. She just didn't follow through. And she suggested COF after I asked for CIM. So I thought she would be fine. If she had said no to multiple requests, there would have been more red flags.

Anyway, I usually just take stuff in stride and try not to get upset about it. They are trying to do as little as possible for as much as possible and we are trying to get as much as possible for as little as possible. There are bound to be conflicts caused by both sides.
