It's not my site so I'm not too bothered if you believe me or not. A google search turns up one or two questions. Personally I often use this forum when I'm going somewhere new or researching offers, so I hope it'll be useful to some people.

Did not read like an infomercial to me. Your post is not likely to interest experienced mongers, but newbies lacking confidence, maybe would like to have everything set up.

The critical questions would be (in my view): Cost per day, and how did you choose the girls (if you chose them)? I don't think you covered those critical aspects.

I am staying in Karon, but will of course head down to Patong a few times. I am just wondering if it is worth it to get a second hotel in Patong as well to bring ladies back to. In short, I am wondering if there are short time rooms above the beer bar that work the same way as they do on Soi6 in Pattaya. I might do it either way, but I am still curious. I haven't found any clear info about beer bars in Phuket and how they differ from Pattaya, other than in price.

I have stayed in Karon (pronounced Gurron) but only when was with the ex GF and wanting a quiet beech. My current Mrs probably preferred Patong with more entertainment and shopping. I am a bit over it myself. No need to go back. I prefer Phi Phi Island and also Krabi, and other islands. Would like to try Lanta.

The main point is to get your priorities right in deciding which place to stay. If mongering, bars, and bright lights, and shopping are going to dominate, you may as well stay in Patong. Only stay Karon to really get away from that stuff. Hopefully I am not too many years out of date. I just realise I have not been to Karon for quite a long time, I think I did go after the Tsunami to at least Patong.

I once stayed in Phuket Town many many years ago. It had good mongering possibilities, but its a difficult hill climb to get to Patong from there by Song Thaew which I did a few times.

Maybe you have a very special reason to stay in Karon. Sorry for the tangent to the question.

Kata has even stranger pronunciation. Sounds like "Gutta" with both syllables cut very short.
Patong is also difficult. Sound like bar-dorng or bpar-dtorng (both syllables long). Finally Phuket is like Pooh-get. That is the easy one. Ha ha. It is very far from "fuck it". I suppose taxi drivers have to get used to all Farang stupid pronunciations that are not close.

But if one says something like Carter for Kata, it might not work. Cutter would be closer, but should sound like Gutta.

The first thing people usually see is the price, so I'll address that first. The saying goes 'you can always find it cheaper in Thailand', and it's probably true that it you book accommodation separately and go looking for girls on your own you'll spend less money, but I find the whole package to be worth it.

It starts with the airport pick up. I've been on multiple trips, and they've always been late. Big surprise! The first time I was standing outside that coffee shop for ages wondering if I'd just been scammed out of thousands. It was almost worth the wait when the taxi finally pulled up and two beautiful women hopped out with a board with my name on it. They also drop you back to the airport at the end of your trip, so that's one small thing less to worry about.

They have different villas they use, but I was in the same one every time. There's some pictures of it on the website but they don't really do it justice. It was spacious and had two bedrooms. The master bedroom was huge, and the attached bathroom had a hot tub and a shower with plenty of room for three. The pool and the air con really helped on the warmer days too.

From there, your experience will differ depending on what you want to do and what girl (s) are with you. The first time around I did the inclusive tours. Phi-phi island, etc. I enjoyed them all, but if they're not your cup of tea, the owner will give you a discount on your trip if you don't want to include them. The second time around I did different things with varying degrees of enjoyment. We went ATV-riding one day, but one of the girls didn't enjoy it at all. Another evening we went to see the Thai-boxing, which both girls enjoyed but I found a bit boring by the end. What you do at night varies as well. Some girls like to cook and hang around in the villa, but others like to eat out and go clubbing. There's plenty to see / do around Phuket, so I'm hoping to do new things if I go back later this year.

The experience is different than going out and finding a new girl every night. Which can be fun. It's more like having a girlfriend for your stay. Which has it's good and bad points! On my second trip for example, I clicked with one of the girls immediately, but gorgeous as she was, she was constantly fishing for compliments and validation. She was the best sex I've had in my life though, so it more than compensated! She was a fantastic cook too, and always picked up the chips and beer I liked for me when she was at the market without me even having to ask. I probably should have brought her home!

If you don't click with a girl, you can ask to change no questions asked. I'd recommend doing this sooner rather than later, and the owner himself says that it's fine, because the girl probably isn't enjoying herself either. I wish I'd done this straight away with the second girl on that second trip because she just seemed disinterested. I wouldn't want to be too hasty though. Ae for example is a very sweet girl but comes across as very shy and reserved at first.

What else? There's a laundry place around the corner from the villa, but the girl (s) may offer to do it for you. The girl (s) cook you breakfast in the morning which is a nice thing to wake up to, but there's a cafe just a little bit down the road if you fancy a change. You can get a masseuse to come to the villa, but personally I'm not a huge fan of Thai massage. You can get dinner delivered to the villa too.

I think the last benefit is that the girl (s) are always with you. Like having a tour guide / translator with you all the time.

So, maybe not for everybody, and some might think they're expensive, but to me it's an easy one-stop place to book a holiday with everything I want.

Might be worth the bath and time spent. Transport to Karon is not cheap and they do check for alcohol nowadays if you plan to be transporting yourself.

Thanks fellas. Think I'll be getting an extra place in Patong. Recommendations welcome. Thinking of a place with suites where I can bring back multiple ladies at once. It's time to live.

I know there are short time rooms in Soi Sea Dragon just opposite Coney Bar.

Ended up in Phuket for a few days. Weather is cooler with the rain. It's low season, but bangla Road is still full of people.

Started at Aussie bar upstairs so I could look at the girls next door. Forgot my glasses so I couldn't see anything. Haha. Then decided to go down soi freedom for the 1st time. That 1st bar on there corner gets all the business there. They just pull everyone in. The further I walked down that Road, the less customers I saw. At the end was a live band and I couldn't see any customers. All the workers were blocking everything.

Ended up at harem next and it was packed with people, both Asians and farang, but much more Asians. Just a few really good looking ones. 1 that I couldn't tell that was Thai at all. She looked like a thicker version Kendall Jenner.

Then headed to Nadia's and it was packed too with slightly more farang. As usual the girls of Nadia's are still raunchy. I think I got to harem around 10 and Nadia's a little after 11.

Was going to go to illusion or sugar around 1, but the girl with me didn't have her ID. Why do they only card girls? No ladyboys allowed?

The next night. Made it out to Tiffany's gogo. It's really small and didn't have many people and the girls were generally meh.

Finally made it out to illuzion. Too many people so didn't stay long. Next was Sugar, but my friend didn't like it so we just called it a night.

Wanted to check out one of the Russian go go, but reviews said to stay the fuck away so I did.

Illuzion night club is a great place to pick up and so is the Bangla road. You can stay at brothers hotel which is girl friendly and is centrally located.
