Thank you all for the comments. I'll have to raise the budget then to 1500-2000 and let's see what it brings. Ideally, I find a shop for massage and a few pretty girls, that I can visit 14 days in a row. Let's wait and see.

Tried to ask for info re Karon Beach spots but nothing forthcoming.

In Karon I have found happy ending to be frequently available but FS rare. However, these places change frequently, and a good option yesterday may be a clip joint today. Turn on your radar and look for places that are slightly off the beaten path / on the second floor / somewhat more private etc.

I would prob increase your budget to 1500 for the prettier ones - 1500 is less than 50 US, surely that's reasonable. I am budgeting 2000 per session.

1000 in a massage shop in Patong will get a massage with he maybe a BJ. Last year the best I got was 1500 for massage with FS with a 5. A 7 will set you back 1700 - 2000. You will be hard pressed to find better than a 7 in a massage shop.

I was in the Laguna Phuket area a few weeks back and although most of my WC contacts were based either in Patong or Phuket town, I found a masseuse working out of a nearby shop who came to my room. Outrigger, no questions asked, totally green.

Leaving Kamala Beach this morning but just enough time to post my thoughts on the place.

Firstly, all is not lost in terms of mongering, there are some decent options here. The bars are pretty low key, but the beach is fantastic and you really do feel like you get a nice break (something I personally don't feel when staying in Patong).

In terms of massage, there are plenty of options and there are a few real cuties that offer anything you want. To find them head towards The Little Mermaid bar which is set back from a traffic intersection about mid-way down the main Kamala road. There's a little street that leads sea-wards has about 4-5 massage places, and an area of outdoor bars that are pretty cool later on a Friday / Saturday. Most of the bars have a few girls and one or two were cute.

I had a massage at one place, forget the name but I was the only customer at 11 pm on a Thursday night. She was late 20's, good english, cheeky on the way in. She did an oily B2 B massaged followed by my bending her over the massage table, for the princely sum of 2000 (I was generous with the tip because she was a wonderful experience).

Of the bars on the main strip Duck Do Inn and Aussie Bar are close to each other and both have girls, although Aussie bar girls are older and I never saw one remotely doable.

I stayed at Sunwing which was officially RED, but because of the lobby setup and where my room was, I had visitors in the daytime and evening with no issues (most of these were girls in Patong I met on ThaiFriendly), prices ranged from 1500 to 2000 and none of them disappointed. My buddy stayed at Novotel which is a lot farther up the hill towards Bang Tao and wasn't walkable. His hotel was more strictly RED (he had a guest turned away after he brought her back from Patong), he also complained about the building site next to his balcony door, so perhaps that hotel should be avoided. Sunwing hotel was great, pool was cool, beach views, good food.

Couple of pharmacies on the main strip that sold Kamagra (400 for 4). Not sure if that's good value but it definitely helped 3 days in when I was starting to flag.

Popped into Patong a few times, and was glad I wasn't staying there. Way too many Russian tourists, and I didn't see a lot of decent talent in Tiger Bar or my usual favourite bars. My incall strategy was definitely more successful and conducive to a relaxing break.

All in all I'd recommend Kamala, it's quite but has enough action to keep you entertained and it's close enough to Patong to go enjoy the madness if the mood strikes.

Note - WeChat did not work well at all in this area, and those girls that did respond were in Patong. ThaiFriendly is definitely the way to go if you can invest a week (pre-trip) to cultivate contacts and arrange meetings.

So you have paid about 20 times the price that it sells for in India.

Any imports to Thailand have a high duty. That is why a bottle of wine is so expensive. I looked at a Mini Copper at Paragon and it sells for over $100,000. 00; In America it sells for $40,000. 00. Same with BMW and any other imports.

Not in Phuket, many pharmaceuticals can be purchased without a prescription and most that require one can only be purchased in hospitals.

Generic Viagra is now readibly available in any major pharmacy chain in the USA. Costco, for example sells, 100 MG generic pills priced between $1. 6 and $3 per pill depending on the quantity and manufacturer.
