I agree with everything he says and try to practice all of that myself. I make sure I am one of the cleanest, well dressed guys whenever I go mongering. I also do not drink very much, but don't mind buying the girls a couple of lady drinks, to show that I am not a Cheap Charlie (However, I never just thrown money around - that is stupid - try to spend with a purpose.). Also, there is an old saying: "Treat a lady like a working girl and a working girl like a lady." When mongering I always try and treat the gals like ladies and make sure they have a fun time. Good luck mongering.

Not sure when I can make it back to Thailand again. But will try and make sure it is not another 10 years. Had way too much fun there!

Patong and nearby area you will find it hard to negotiate 1500-2000 with the girl criteria you present. Let's say 300+ for massage with longer time that increase and they will try to hustle you for as much as possible. My point being if they try say you don't have that much money and don't bring to much. This is why Katherines at 2 k is / was such a bargain. Christines will most likely be even more expensive.

Have often found (not necessarily in Thailand) that you have a nice massage and maybe a Handy and then float the idea of a after hour visit at my hotel. Usually you get a less hardened part timer. I build rapport / chemistry during the massage and then sometimes this translates into a good session. Maybe throw in a meal. If you are presentable and respectful during the massage then this puts the girls at ease and then sometimes good things happen.

Just a thought.
