I this really worthwhile, given that 99% are not going to get the Immune result? If I am going to put down $200 on a long shot, I would like a massive payout for the win.

HIV cases per year in Thailand have dropped a lot over the years. Still a bit of a risk for long term hookers.

People whose ancestors came from certain parts of the earth may have full or partial immunity from HIV and other diseases.

Circumcision also offers protection from some STIs, especially HIV.

The length of sex sessions would be another factor. Five seconds of bareback sex is not nearly as risky as 5 hours of it.

STIs are not the only issue with condom free intercourse. Many are concerned about a pregnancy. That's where being an expert at practicing withdrawal or coitus interruptus could help.

I have never had Gono, at all. Also never caught anything from BBBJ in Germany.

However I did get Chlamydia most likely from a BBBJ from an older girl who worked at the Grace Coffee shop about 15 to 20 years ago. So its rare but possible, if girl has not cleaned her mouth thoroughly since a previous BBBJ. Chlamydia is actually very easy to catch. I got Chlamydia eye once from fingering a girl's pussy and then must have rubbed my eye before cleaning fingers properly. This was from a J One Soapy girl also many years ago.

Azithromycin fortunately fixes Chlamydia easily. In modern day I try to be more careful with washing fingers.

Another thing I like to do, (but admittedly don't always do it) is to drop a bit of lube inside the tip of the condom. These achieves two things: firstly it reduces friction between the end of your cock and the inside of the condom, precisely at the point where condoms seem to break (the very end). Secondly it provides a enhanced sensation (to me at least) as the end of the condoms slides against your glans a bit. This is assuming your condoms are wider at the tip that the rest of the shaft. Note that I have never had any problem with it slipping because the rest of the shaft isn't affected by the lube and it remains in place.

    1. Always use lube on your condom to prevent breakage and relube if it starts to dry up.

    2. Don't do BBBJ due to risk of catching gonhorrea, as this can be present in the woman's throat.

    3. Always wash your cock and balls after the deed with soap and water. I am convinced that this will prevent herpes from being contracted. Do not wait too long to do this, preferably not longer than 5 to 10 minutes.

    4. Do not have sex if you have any small wounds on your cock, such as healing wounds from herpes blisters. This could provide an easy route for the transmission of HIV.

    5. Do not have contact with providers or massagists if you have the flu or a head cold, as this will likely transmit the respiratory virus to them.

These are the main rules I follow nowaday. Haven't picked up anything in Pattaya in over a few hundred encounters but have picked up some nasties in Brazil, Cambodia, and Bangkok, from not following these rules.

Feel free to admit if you have caught gonhorrea from a BBBJ, as I am continually amazed about the number of reports here from members who do BBBJ.

You make it look like you are advertising some product that will make my uriine-piiss more expensive, or a book / video. So I am scared to follow the link to the web site. If you were promoting good diet nutrition, you could have included some more dietary guidelines in your quoted text perhaps.

If it is low sugar high fibre diets, then great. I hope "healthy fats" does not mean polyunsaturated, as these are the ones that oxidise, and oxidization is generally agreed to be bad these days, especially in your blood stream. All the bullshit started from the Ancel Keys guidelines, who was not a scientist.

I think guys need to realise that sexual performance can be very weak during sickness, flu or what ever that takes away your normal energy. Cough medicine is really bad for sex, since it takes away feeling in your throat and in your dick. Alcohol in any quantity beyond 1 glass is also bad for guys who are lacking sensitivity.

2 x100 MG Kamagra sounds like a vast overdose to me. Some guys would get significant boost from just 25 MG. For some 50 MG. Is about right for extended sex.

Where did you buy Kamagra? Hope you have got a real one. It should work (very powerful stuff), but then again I found Apcalis has little noticeable effect for me, so who knows. Take it at least 40 minutes before sex, maybe 25 minutes is enough if did not eat recently. Kamagra should be working well for most guys with any erectile function at all. Are lot of very old guys are able to have some fun.

I would seek doctor's advise rather than ask here. Understanding the cause of the problem matters right?

I think all the vitamins like Korean Ginseng, Epimium, horny goat weed, etc. Etc. Are largely a waste of money. I don't see much evidence of any great change when I take the.

Best advice is to take a healthy lo carb high fibre diet and lose a few kilos. Makes a large difference to sex, I found. Also good sleep and drink plenty of water.

Next use a good ultra thin condom. Okamotos are working fine for me right now. I prefer slightly over Sagami as they do stretch a little bit, to compensate for difficulty to put them on. Very tight indeed.

I once heard of an ex PM of Thailand having a special inflation device in his dick to help it stay up, however that was probably before the days of Viagra. 25 years ago. In those days one girl said my dick tended to sag with condoms so she let me fuck her BBFS to overcome the problem. That fixed it well. LOL

I prepped hours ahead of time and then once more just before going to the club. I had only a drink or two. Thanks.
    DHEA.

If it's not enough, Testosterone + Growth Hormone, but then you'll live less long.

Otherwise plenty of sleep (stay up late in bed, the body produces testosterone during sleep).

My mongering, on a regular basis, was to begin exactly 26 years ago, today, and I've always made it strict policy to go bare back.

I never have P4P without immediate access to bathing; it dates back to the ancient regime, I guess. Home turf or my motel room with my valuables and food stashed have proven to always work out the best.

I take a cup of water and slosh a couple of cap fulls of Clorox in it. Immediately, after fucking, I wash my dick with this solution. I even take a syringe full of it to douche out my pisser. They use about the same thing, Dakin's solution, to wash out wounds, at the hospital.

The way I do it is slosh a little bit of Clorox in a pint of water and flush out my ureter directly after sex. Right after that, I wash my whole dick with the same solution while using a washcloth. I've been doing it since December 1991 and have never caught any STD's; I've gone bareback almost with every SW I've dated. During the first few times you do it, you should experience a slight burning sensation, but this is only the bacteria at the top of the ureter yelling,"Fire!" At first, I had to (empty my bladder), directly afterwards, but once my liver made the juices for what was going on, this didn't keep happening.

Don't rule out 2% tincture of iodine for herpes or genital warts. The medical hoopla media only has you believing it won't kill viruses, and it oftentimes kills jock itch when nothing, doctor given, will.
This advice is based on dodgy science. Apart from a) not getting STDs THAT he KNOWS ABOUT (there are some that are symptomless esp in males) and b) causing all sorts of problems for his urethra and skin, he fails to note that conditions such as HIV do not necessarily require that the virus travels up the urethra in males. They can be transmitted via the lagerhands cells on the penis. Assuming that what he is using is killing the virus, the longer he stays inside the female, the higher the chance of contracting HIV.

Many other factors also come into play. Someone who is healthy and without other STDs (including the symptomless ones) has much lower chances of contracting HIV. Whether the lady is lubricating (or using lube) can be a factor too.

As one public health person put it, it is not the only job of the condom to stop HIV transmitting. It is also the job of the condom to stop other STDs transmitting so as to lower the incidence of HIV transmitting if something were to go wrong (such as a condom breaking).

Even at 60 years old I generally have sex & cum at least once a day. Sometimes twice every 24 hours. I assume I have high libido for this age group.

If I go two days without cumming then I tend to find females more desirable and attractive than usual.

I'm more inclined to seek out a sex worker than masturbate when I've not cum in 2 days.

I've heard it said, use it or lose it.

About 10 years ago I was with a sex worker & wanking for about an hour without cumming, remaining hard. She said that I'd never lose my "power".
