Sometimes I think I want to monger for life. But there is no cure for herpes, if you ever want to settle down with someone you got to tell them they'll get it too. Heavy stuff.

I never DATY or have BBBJ, no disrespect to those who do.

I want to smash all these girls but want to settle down one day STD free. So conflicted!

HSV and HPV are not really dangerous if your immune system is good, you won't develop warts or outbreak of herpes. Almost everybody has HSV, If you have HSV1, you are immune to HSV2. Every sexual active person catch hpv in their life, hpv goes away on its own within 6 months - 2 years. You can also catch hpv causing warts in other parts of your body without sex. There are over 100 types of hpv. 14 are cancer causing. (cervical, oral, anal, vagina and penile cancer).

HSV / HPV transmission with condoms. How high is the risk?

You are in arguably the hooker capital of the world, you seem to have STIs and you are asking what to do. You sound like an entry in a teen's agony column newspaper. Go to Pattaya's best hospital or Bumrungrad in Bkk. That is your first port of call. Deal with the problem now an the maybe deal with it later in the USA too, after you get sound medical advice in a Thai medical centre.

Alternatively, you can do what the women do. Wave a chicken over your head, so a wai to a bunch of flowers and spread your disease far and wide.

Go to one of the local hospitals, they will do a full VDRL screen on you and treat you on the spot, and it's cheap, less than a few thousand bht tops, not like in the USA, where only phonecalls are free.

Before taking any antibiotic or medication, go and see a health professional. You better see a urologist. Avoid drug resistance (overuse and unecessary use). What is the color of your discharge? But anyway go and see a urologist, staff working at the pharmacy won't help you because guess is useless. Only a good specialist can tell you your problem. Don't make the same mistake as some members. (SEEKING TREATMENT WITHOUT BEING CHECKED BY A GOOD AND SKILLED SPECIALIST). As a dermatovenereologist living in Brazil, I don't judge my patients because I don't care about how they live and their lifestyle. Many professionals won't judge you because it's not professional.

Sure a pharmacy can recommend the a treatment easy and provide it, but if I was you I would get tested by professionals in Pattaya as well, to double check you are treated for the right thing, especially since you don't know what you have and the Pharmacy can only make a good guess.

Its unlikely you have to have a shot in ass I think.

You are very brave and courageous. I don't want to catch gonorrhea and syphilis because I have a phobia for shots in the ass. If the judgement was the only problem, I wouldn't care unless you are married. You are single and don't give a shit about doctors' judgement. You should see an urologist. Maybe it's just e coli.

I can't explain you, maybe my english is not good enough for medical explanation. Trachoma is caused by the same bacteria but it's caused by another subtype of chlamydia trachomatis. For example borrelia burgdorferi causing lyme disease is the same type of bacteria (spirochetes) as treponema pallidum causing treponematoses, Treponema denticola and other treponema bacterias causing gum disease etc. There are some bacterias (types of bacterias) but many subtypes of bacterias and they all infecte people in a different way.

You believed you contracted chlamydia from putting your finger into a pussy. Fearmongering really works.

Don't worry about safe sex because they can't calculate, because the biggest std killing the most people are AIDS and Hepatitis. Aids killed 950 000 people in 2017 , many of them did not contract it from sex, most of them are in Africa and only 25000 people died of hepatitis, many of them did not contract it from sex. I don't know how they calculate (people died because of unsafe sex.). Maybe they also calculated vaginal, anal, oral and penile cancer caused by hpv. We will all die someday. most things are not understood, if you try to be saved from heart disease, a worse disease will kill you ( cancer).

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death and kill way more people than any disease and statin did not change anyting.

    https://www.nhs.uk/news/heart-and-lu...heart-disease/

Studies are useless, because most scientists don't know the real cause, they just use hypothesis for all diseases, they always beat about the Bush, they never agree each other. Always blablabla.
https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/c...h-rates-by-age this does show some decline in death rates for cardiovascular disease, however the decline is quite minimal allowing for better levels of care and medicine advancement. Means people are to some extent dying ,more from other causes, possibly cancers increasing.

    I like this one:

    https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/d...tor-50-69years

Shows I am not exposed to a great deal of risk factors, work hard to keep my weight in control, my worst risk factor is low physical activity which I knew needed working on. Unsafe sex is not rated that high for a risk factor.

Everyone has got to die of something. We all got to go sooner or later is a very Thai way of thinking, therefore do risky things, no problem.

I agree with you here, that that there is no sound scientific stuff that all can agree on. Statins are not proved to save lives of guys over 50 last I read. Cholesterol is a harmless substance. Its a misnomer. Oxidised Low Density Lipoproteins technically are not Cholesterol at all, but seem to be known as bad cholesterol.

Doctors don't even test for Oxidised Low Density Lipoproteins, that I know of. The do more general "cholesterol" tests. I don't give a shit what my general Cholesterol levels are. The body self regulates it. Makes its own cholesterol.

I believe the whole low-fat diet idea was totally stupid. Sugars are so easily digested and converted to body fat. Also the simple starches like potato and rice. Eating fat is actually less fattening. The body has to do far more work to digest fat. I never worry about my fat intake other than I don't order anything deep fried normally, since we don't know what oils they cooked it in. So less cooking oil is better in case we get bad ones, or even oxidised oils, too much Omega 6, trans fats etc. The advantage of saturated fats, once maligned, is that they don't oxidise. Polyunsaturates do oxidise and go off easily. Is the answer taking anti-oxidants? Better not to consume oxidisable oils. Rather than take Omega 3s to balance the Omega 6 load, better to reduce the Omega 6 load. Don't use oils with significant Omega 6 levels.

Much more easy to be healthy by cooking my own food, and having farm fresh produce no pesticides sprayed, still can be toxins in soil. I can choose a sensible cooking oil, and stay away from simple carbs, hence my weight is reducing on the farm.

In the end I think it is possible for all to be much healthier by not eating chemicals, the wrong food, stuff in foil packets, and crap food. I aim to keep my sugar intake very low, from all sources. Also generally don't eat rice, rice noodles, potato and very low bread.
