no need to be paranoid, but there is a (reduced) risk (compared to unprotected intercourse) of getting HIV via DATY.
The saliva isn't a good environment for the HIV virus due to it's ph value. On the other hand you may have microscopic injuries at your gum, allowing the virus to pass into your blood stream. Bottom line is, avoid unnecessary risks, better safe than sorry.
If I would be you, I wouldn't be too concerned but would test 3 months after the incident for peace of mind. In the meantime practice safe sex with your partner and avoid DATY with a P4P in the future.

So compared to the other deseases genital herpes is just nothing to worry about if you sleep with a bar girl, many of them are infected.

Posts: 58What about genital herpes? This is something incurable, and condoms do not protect from this. It is also difficult to tell if a woman is having it. Does anyon know if this is a common disease in thai?

BTW I have had dozens of BBBJs from various SWs and never caught anything but teeth marks. But I do not practice BBFS or DATY and have ceased from getting BBBJs due to the potential consequences.

Its more about statistical odds.
There is little if any data about people catching HIV from DATY.
So statistically it is either non-existent or so unlikely as to not be worth worrying about. I mean being struck by lightning is a more significant worry.
By mouth is an easy way to catch some viruses, e.g. the flu, and bacteria, but fortunately HIV is not one of them.
I have never caught anything from DATY to my knowledge despite deep tonguing.
I must assume (from very limited data) that a BBBJ (receiving oral) is more risky than giving oral, since I got Chlamydia from a BBBJ once.
DFK is very risky as plentiful colds and flu viruses are caught easily.

Posts: 8In terms of DATY, the risky part is micro abrasions in your mouth getting infected vaginal fluid into it right?
I had always assumed that not brushing your teeth before was enough, that the mouth is a hostile place for germs/viruses.

Jeez, get a life you guys. Why the endless debate? If you got something wrong with your dick, don't waste energy on where or from who or why you got it. Get it seen to immediately.
If not, then our esteemed moderator Jackson might have to start a new forum titled Dickless Sex. Or Orgasms for Amputees.
Any illness or condition you get while having sex is, broadly speaking, a sexually transmitted disease. Some STDs are ONLY transmitted in the course of sexual activity and that's what the doctors consider an STD.
A host of other things MAY be transmitted. Ask the bloke who got gonorrhea in his eye from rubbing it with his finger after putting it in some pussy. Or the person who got fungal infection in his nose from SATY. Sniffing at the Y.
And now to STI. Sexually Transmitted Injury.
I had a very enthusiastic HJ from my current girl friend a few days ago. She had a ring on one of her fingers which scratched the skin on the bobbly bit just below the head of my dick (I guess technically, for all you technically minded pedants, I mean the scar tissue from my circumcision.)
It swelled up real good and was quite painful. To add insult to injury (sexually transmitted injury, that is) I also got a condition quaintly described as "cock strain" by my family doctor when I had it for the first time as a teenager. (Young and dumb and full of come.)
This manifests itself in the feeling that my dick had been through a wringer.
The treatment? Ointment on the swollen bobbly bit. Abstinence for the cock strain.
I'm happy to report that both conditions have been cured.
