I rarely have a condom breakage, less than 1 per year, and that is regardless of ultra thin or not. Slipping off is more a problem especially if lube gets inside the condom.

So my recommendations: Try different brands of lube looking for one that does not dry up quick. I generally don't use Thailand lubes, as they are a bit sticky. I good quality one from OS maybe the go, what I do. If there is too much force on the condom, then your lube is not working.
