Could you please care to elaborate about the above quoted excerpt from your earlier post where you advised to wash penis with out soap after the deed.

To be very frank and honest, there are lot of myths (to me personally at-least) associated to how to safely take-off the condom(to prevent any infection) and male genitalia cleaning after the deed. There are lot of PH balanced antibacterial washes, wet-wipes and shower-gels in the market. After the deed, is it safe and sufficient to clean genitals in running water with out any soap?

We are all using the web here. Most of the point and shoot information was developed to deal with GIs, marines and sailors who will shoot their loads regardless. If the guy was bonking hookers in Pattaya, it is odds on a sexual related disease he has, not some exotic virus. Today I went to the Urology Department at the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital on Sukhumvit Road in North Pattaya.
Got a consultation and examination from one of the specialists there, Dr Pornchai Chayaboon Panyasuppakun. He prodded me a bit in the lower abdomen and took a look at my minor discharge. It was great to be able to talk to someone knowlegeable about my condition.

He recommended a uriine test to see what type of bacteria was causing my urethral infection. But get this: it takes one week to get the result! (At the Pattaya City Hospital my uriine test only took one hour).

And the cost of the uriine test was 7550 baht ($240 usd)! They do tell you the price before you do the test though and ask if you want to proceed.

The consultation plus nursing fees and uriine cup amounted to 1000 baht ($32 usd).

Glad to know that you've finally consulted a Urologist. Based on above quoted report, I presume Doctor might have ordered a "Uriine Culture & Sensitivity" test to identify the correct bacterium culture growth. But cost of the test sounds astronomical to me personally (nothing is precious than health). In India, a "Uriine Culture& Sensitivity" test doesn't cost more than INR 1500 ( 22 USD). I am unsure if your Doctor has prescribed the same test. Based on the sensitivity and culture growth, Doctor might prescribe accurate Antibiotic dosage. I was mentioning about similar "Uriine Culture & Sensitivity" test in my other earlier post for UTI. However, I am unsure if your doctor has prescribed the culture & sensitivity test or a different test.

I agree with MongerForSex sir about drinking lot of water.

Next time for any std related to your penis, penile infection or skin condition in your penis. Go see an urulogist or dermatologist / venereologist. Never take antibiotics prescribed by nurses or general practicioners, general practicioners don't know how to deal with infectious diseases.

Yes you are right. The first clinic I walked into automatically assumed Gonorrhea or Chlamydia so I ended up taking a shot in the ass plus pills which were not needed. I also assumed that must be the case too from what I had read about the symptoms online.

Then the second doctor at the Pattaya City Hospital thought that I probably did have gonorrhea even though they couldn't detect it in the test they did. They even had an injection solution ready to jab me in the ass again when I insisted on talking it over with the doctor first. So I only ended up with Doxycycline pills instead.

Finally the urologist specialist at the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital determined that I definitely do not have gonnorhea, but some other bacterial infection.

So, a lot of misdiagnoses. Partly my fault for not going to a specialist first. Really thank you for your input MongerFor Sex.

He concluded that I definitely didn't have gonorrhea, which was music to my ears as I was concerned about picking up a drug resistent strain that I could never get rid of.

He said that gonorrhea develops very rapidly after exposure like within a day and you have a pus like discharge. I never had any discharge until day 5 and it was only watery. Also he said that gonorrhea is very easy to detect in a test (and my test at the Pattaya City Hospital didn't pick it up).

He also said it wasn't Chlamydia as I had had the azithromycin pills 5 days earlier so that would have cleared that up by now.

I asked him if I could pick up bacteria from food particles present in a woman's mouth, while getting a BBBJ, and he said no.

If she was a good doctor and not sure about your condition, she would have to refer you to a specialist (urologist or venereologist) instead of giving you unecessary antibiotics.

Finally it was not caused by std, antibiotics you took affected the test and caused some trouble. Your health has no price.

I am dermatologist / venereologist and knew many things may cause your problem but just because you are in Thailand, the first thing the unskilled general practicioners and nurses think is STD.

That is an outrageous cost. Chlamydia, which you had is very common, especially in Pattaya where they play Pass the STI. However, it is possible to pick up more than one STI at a time and you have have had a blood test to look for the more serious culprits. His failure to give a blood test and the outrageous amount he charged you is a big vote against Clap Central aka Pattaya. Very very unsatisfactory.

Wikipedia is not accurate but don't use Norfloxacin tablet without knowing the real problem. You already used many different antibiotics. Go and see a good venereologist. I am sure you can find one. Be careful of unecessary antibiotics because std can be resistant. Drug resistance only happens when you take unecessary antibiotics or your treatment is not well prescribed.

Thank you so much for your advice. Yes, I am still suffering a lot at the moment and I don't detect any improvement. However I have only taken 3 of my doxycycline pills so far. I will take your advice and try and find a venereologist today. I will head to the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital where I believe they have a Urology Department. But I am sure that I will never have BBBJ ever again.

After describing my illness (inflammed penile urethra that made peeeing extremely painful, plus a small clear yellowish discharge from the tip), the doctor directed me to have a uriine test. I had to deliver only 30 ML to a small container. The results were to take only one hour.

The uriine test was inconclusive for STD's but did show high Leucocytes (white blood cells) indicating that they were fighting an infection.

So the doctor then wanted to test the penile discharge for possible gonorrhea so I smeared my dick on two small glass plates. The results became available after two hours but did not manage to pick up an indication of gonorrhea, which the doctor said could be due to the initial injection that I had at a clinic 3 days earlier.

She concluded that I probably have a gonococcal infection (but unproven), and prescribed a 7 day course of Doxycycline antibiotics. 2 x 100 MG per day.

Plus she prescribed Ibuprofen 400 MG, 3 times daily as an anti-inflammatory, plus Paracetamol 500 gm, 2 tabs every 6 hours for pain relief.

The only times I have gotten a "scare" about possibly getting a STI due to experiencing the same symptoms you described was after getting an overly aggressive blowjob or engaging in prolonged, also overly aggressive fucking, especially if the girl is an enthusiastic rider in cowgirl position and just can't seem to get enough of it. And in those cases, I went to a clinic and got the same results; no sign, evidence or indication of an STI.
