This is true but now in the equation the girl not only has had to caught HIV (unlikely) but also has had to caught it recently (highly unlikely). Of course unfortunately transmission is more likely if HIV infrction is recently caught.

So how to know if a bar girl has it? HIV test at 1 month is 90-99% reliable so wait about a month if you BBd her and go back to her bar. If she still works there she didn't have HIV when she was with you. If she had it would have been tested and she would have been kicked out of the bar. If she is not there say your prayers. On the other hand she could have quit for other reasons.

The window period is about 10 to 14 days with the HIV NAAT test at Bumrungrad hospital soi 3 across from Grace Hotel.

The window period is a few days more with the 4th gen duo test at the same location, same day results possible within an hour or two, if you arrive early enough. About 3 days waiting period for NAAT (PCR) test results.

Roughly $100 for the first option & half that for the 2nd.

The chances of a person having HIV & transmitting it to you via BBFS after recently testing negative with either option is almost nil.

Adding a condom to the mix might be considered to be ultra safe sex or overkill. If you have a wife or GF back home, though, it might be something you'd feel more comfortable with.

I don't doubt the bar girl if she saids she takes std tests every month. It is also in her own interests and in the interests of the bar that girls and customers don't get sick. HIV you cannot catch if the girl does not have it, which is extremely likely. If she has it then there is a small risk but still it is extremely unlikely.

And let's not forget that the other major STD's are vectors for HIV. For instance herpes lesions or sores are a 'welcome and come on in' sign for any other kind of bacteria or virus. HIV included. So really HIV only infection chance stats are in a way a false 'security blanket' for mongers. There was a report earlier this year in the Brazil section that gave a figure over 5 percent for P4P HIV in Brazil. I've seen some similarly high rates for parts of China and Eastern Europe. Compare that to Thailand at about 2. 2 percent. Then there's the Philippines at under half a percent.

Brazil is known for its ass fucking which is higher risk for HIV. I figure this la bamba business also occurs frequently in other Latin countries P4P scenes.

In the Roman Catholic Philippine Islands condom use is not popular, yet the reported HIV rates both for the general population and the P4P scene are very low, such as in a Western country like Canada. Ladyboys, homos & IDU are by far amongst the most high risk for HIV in Thailand and many other countries, but it seems unlikely Luvpuss has much if any sex with those types. Also I'd suggest that there are quite a substantial list of places that have P4P HIV rates at about 1. 8 percent or much higher than that.
