No test is 100% accurate, but the rapid test is almost as accurate as the Elisa they do in the lab. No need to see a specialist; just keep in mind that a positive result needs to be confirmed by a lab test because it might very likely be a false positive result.

If you're really interested in the test accuracy (sensitivity and specificity etc.) just read the leaflet that comes with the test. And once again, remember, so many healthy people do that test that the small percentage of false positive results among the healthy outweighs the high percentage of true positive results among the diseased. So don't be alarmed by a positive result, just get re-tested in the lab!

What I learned as a doctor is that many doctors are idiots or dangerous, They just follow the medical book, they only study the medications but don't study how strong the body is because it's not beneficial.

Most tests are waste of time for preventive measures, Colon screening, breast screening, prostate screening, mole removal, std tests, dentist radio, heart screening, cholesterol tests, tuberculosis blood tests etc.

I don't find the conventional medicine to be good for preventive measures.

Viagra is good when you have medical problem but nowadays people use viagra without having any issue.

Masturbation can keep your male organ healthy. Keep enjoying your retirement, you will die of something someday.

I actually asked for a HSV-2 specific test the 2nd time, but I did not get that. Was actually standard IgG. Antibody tests are difficult to understand, almost everybody has herpes, you can develop outbreak anytime in your life or never. HSV1 in your genital protects you from HSV2.

Cholesterol test is useless, it was proved people with higher cholesterol live longer and high cholesterol protects you from cancer, there is no link between Cholesterol and heart disease. Many people get misdiagnosed today, conventional medicine is good as a last resort when you suffer from an advanced disease ( very active bacterial disease that can kill you EX tuberculosis but if it's latent , it is better not take antibiotics ) or for emergency (accident, bullet wound) or for reconstruction or if you were born with an organ that doesn't function ( EX diabete type 1 ) but not for preventive measures (prostate colon screening etc).

I vsited a dentist 12 years ago, he said I have a cavity after the radio, I did not let him treat it. I still don't have a hole or a pain in my tooth.

IgM versus IgG herpes simplex blood test

I read about blood tests for herpes simplex virus (HSV) many years ago. What I read said both IgM and IgG tests need a period of days or weeks to become positive for herpes simplex (HSV-1 or 2). IgM tests will go negative after a period of time, but that doesn't mean you no longer have HSV. What I read said IgG tests for HSV can be negative after some number of weeks after acquiring the infection but will thereafter become positive and remain so for the remainder of your life. I'm not remembering how long you must wait after sexual contact for an IgM or IgG test for HSV to become positive, but according to what I read in medical textbooks, a positive IgG test, although it tests for antibodies rather than the virus itself, is a reliable indication you have a lifelong case of HSV. The test cannot determine whether the infection is oral or genital, but so-far I don't recall any references to oral HSV-2. In some areas, HSV-1 causes more genital herpes than HSV-2, so testing negative for HSV-2 but positive for HSV-1 does not mean you don't have genital HSV.

This article tells you what you need to know about IgM and IgG blood tests for HSV: https://www.verywellhealth.com/what-...t-mean-3132937. It says it can take months after being infected for a HSV test to detect antibodies to HSV.

Thanks for that. It was IgG IgM methods that were getting unreliable results. I think IgG was supposed to detect if ever had HSV. However even then I really wanted to know, if I ever had HSV, whether was type 1 or 2, which the tests did not specify.
So I won't be bothering with those any more. I never had identifiable symptoms, but supposedly, not everyone does. If I have in fact avoided both, I must have been quite lucky since majority of Americans I read have had at least one of the two, or both. I am not American but I don't know statistics for my country. We certainly see cold sores often enough (I don't seem to have had any).

Genital Herpes seems to have a big stigma which is possibly quite overblown given the abundance of it. I don't like to do girls with genital warts (HPV strains) but that is mainly because the feel is spoiled by non smooth pussy. Condom might be mandatory. Don't really know the risks.

The worst problem when having an STD, for me is what to tell partners. I told one girl I had a dick discharge. She was the only girl I was fucking (but she had an official BF someone else). Testing did not identify an STD, but my problem was fixed. She was tested but found no problem, so I did not catch the whatever from her, and there was no other sexual contact. She stopped giving me BBFS from then on, thinking I was a risk, yet I had not done anything risky other than with her. Being 100% honest did not work out best.

Another time I got Chlamydia. I told the only girl I had been fucking BBFS, yet she claimed to have nothing. That left only a one off BBBJ as a possible cause. In the end I don't know if she was lying and gave it to me, although she was taking medication for some other problem. She also had another BF I believe (although denied it).
Again no points for honesty. I have since learned how incredibly easy it is to transmit Chlamydia, so from BBBJ is certainly possible. Even getting it off a "toilet seat" is actually conceivable. Ha ha. Outside the human body it does not die absolutely immediately on air contact. Can be caught from finger in pussy, for example. The importance of washing hands is high.

So mysterious things that never seemed to have straightforward explanations.

I don't really know much about the predominantly genital HSV-2.

I have been misdiagnosed as having HSV-1 on the mouth when was actually Impetigo bacteria. HSV test is useless when you have no symptom, When your infection is not active, HSV test is negative. That's why it is important to visit a dermatovenereologist when it comes to infectious diseases. Many people are misdiagnosed because antibody tests are not accurate and many medical conditions can trigger a positive result.

I recieved many misdiagnosed patients, a patient misdiagnosed with HIV came to my office, when I checked his skin, it was evident his skin disease was not virulent and caused by his immune system, he is now diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I refered him to a rheumatologist, another patient misdiagnosed with syphilis, it was evident his genital ulcer was caused by tuberculosis bacteria. Another patient misdiagnosed with tertiary syphilis, it was evident his face skin destruction was caused by leishmaniasis and so on. That's why it is better to see a venereologist.

Many doctors without experience mistake impetigo bacteria for HSV. There are also many different types of eczema. Only an experienced skin specialist can recognize them. I see 20 patients a day and am used to seeing different skin conditions and I studied dermatovenereology.

Antibiotic overuse or unecessary antibiotics make bacterias more resistant.

Don't worry about HSV because most of us have HSV and good immune can control it and don't worry about syphilis because a chancre is very noticeable. Septic spots happens all over the body. Just wash your genital area with warm water without using soap.

Generally it is antiseptics that kill bacterias and all other shit. It can be bought in pharmacy (very cheap) and is used in urology, surgeries and as a skin disinfection.

I personally have been using it for 7-8 years, very sexually active years. 98% BJ are with no condom, sometimes BBFS and occasional broken condoms. Got only 1 minor problem during that period (ureaplasma or something like that, got cured with antibiotics in a week). So overall pretty good result for me.

I take few bottles with me on a trip from home, not sure you can buy it in Thailand. So maybe search for similar medicine or try to buy from online shop.

P.S. Recently if I want to have BBFS I test girls for HIV with express test. Cost 5-7 $, 10-15 minutes, uses blood from finger, compact. Makes me feel less worried.
In India, we use Chlorhexadine 1% W / V along with Alcohol as skin disinfectant, usually called as handrub to keep hands germs free.

More concentrated 2% W / V along with Isopropyl Alcohol is used to clean skin surfaces prior to surgeries, used in ICU, OT.

I am unsure if you can directly apply or dip willy into the skin disinfectant handrub which is combination of Chlorhexadine Glutante plus Alcohol. I had severe burning sensation when I tried to apply Chlorhexdine liquid on my willy resulting dark pigmentation of my prepuce (I am uncircumcised) which took couple of weeks to heal after applying intensive moisturizer lotions. Like Betadine(Povidone iodine) mouthwash, we use Chlorhexadine based mouth wash for treating throat and oral infections. I remember reading a post on ISG that one punter used-to dip his willy in concentrated betadine liquid to act as a barrier for BBFS.

Provided client bears the cost, does FLs or Gogo girls in Thailand agree for rapid testing? Though it doesn't completely eliminate the risk of exposure, it gives fair confidence about her past encounters.

Women are often advised to wipe 'front to back' to prevent UTI's. Something to do with stopping bacteria entering the p-hole.

It is sold in small bottles with a thin "adjuster" on the tip, so you can stick it in [CodeWord109] channel and push liquid inside.

After sex you [CodeWord140] first, then put few mls inside your dick hold for about 15 sec, remove liquid and don't [CodeWord140] for next 2 hours. Also it's good to spray it on surface of your dick and area around. Works better than just water or soap, but no one can guarantee you 100% defense, of course. No smell, no color, might burn a little when you first [CodeWord140] afterwards.
