There seem to be a contradiction with your remarks " been living with her for about a year" "and I live in Korea" where are you living and where is she living? Use some common sense here and think how you met her and where you met her? Generally, in my opinion a person with Tattoos weren't born yesterday and have a little adverture in them. You're right on this one. I know another expression where "หํา" (ham -> dick) is used instead of "ไข่หํา" (khay ham -> testicles), but here, it's more likely "strong dick" than "hard balls", indeed. In my limited knowledge of Thai slang, "ควย" (khwuai) is more often used for speaking about the penis (cock, dick, etc.).
