Statistics

During my 25-day stay in Tashkent, I had:

ST: 6
LT: 8
Girls: 14

- I only got laid 13 out of my 25 nights in Tashkent (52%).
- 2 of the STs were meant to be LTs.
- 4 of the 8 LT girls left early morning, so there were only 4 true LTs.

The most telling statistic of any trip is the LT percentage. In Tashkent, it was an abysmal 32%. The true LT percentage was an even worse 16%.

Discos

Diplomat

Officially called Club Diplomat-S, Tashkent’s most publicized hooker disco is located on Navoiy Avenue, close to the Dedeman Silk Road. As the club is not visible from the street, some people may have trouble finding the place. Coming out of the Dedeman, turn right and walk until you spot a side street on the left (with ads on both corners). Diplomat is across from this street. You have to walk through the parking lot (full of taxis) to reach the club.

There are security guards by the entrance. I always whizzed past them, but Indians/Pakis were often stopped and had to show they had money to spend. There is no cover charge at Diplomat.

Walking up the stairs, you’ll reach the lounge area, with comfortable sofas and a few pool tables. Straight ahead (through the small corridor) is the restaurant. The club is to the right.

The small dance floor is surrounded by tables, which have a minimum consumption, and are only an option if you come with a group of friends. The club is pretty small, and can get crowded, especially on weekends.

The girls start trickling in after 11 PM. Diplomat is usually in full swing by 1 AM. It closes as early as 4 AM on slow nights, and as late as 5.30 AM on weekends.

Most of the girls in Diplomat are hoes, with a sprinkling of non-pros. A table with nothing but girls is a sign they’re not hoes... and most likely out of your league. The non-pros also tend to be babes, in shrill contrast to the decidedly average-looking hoes.

Last but no least, you should be aware that the Diplomat punters are the most obnoxious bunch of assholes on this planet. I had an altercation with a Paki blob trying to steal my girl. Regular visitors DirkDingy & Prosal got into fights with Indian/Paki monkeys. Also noteworthy is the fact that most of these turds are not foreign businessmen, but locals. Diplomat is also very popular with the Arab crowd. Westerners are a tiny minority.

Juliano

Tashkent’s second hooker disco, whose full name is Ramses & Juliano, is located in Bobur Park. It can be reached from either the Bobur St or the Bratislava St entrance.

The cover charge is 6.000 UZS. In front of the bar, you’ll find an area with small tables surrounded by bar stools. These “cheap seats” have no minimum consumption. The comfy sofas around the large dance floor do.

As in Diplomat, most of the girls are for hire. My research indicated that the quality in Juliano was lower than in Diplomat. I would strongly disagree! There were plenty of pretty damsels I would have loved to take for a spin. Alas, after offending Bonu on my very 1st night out in Tashkent, I wasn’t exactly popular in Juliano.

The punters in Juliano are mostly young Uzbeks, often with limited spending power. Juliano is also popular with local Turks. Westerners are a rare sight, little English is spoken and Juliano is definitely less Westerner-friendly than Diplomat.

Niagara

Niagara is close to the Oloy Bazaar, on the corner of Amir Temur St & Abdulla Qodiriy St. There is no cover charge.

With orange & green fluorescent rock walls, this nice club is very bright. It has 2 connecting dance floors, fronted by mirrors. As usual, the tables have a minimum consumption. The bar is all the way at the back.

Unlike Diplomat & Juliano, Niagara is not a hooker disco. On my 1st visit, the dance floor was full of young boys watching themselves in the mirror while practicing their dance moves. None of the pretty girls would return my smile. I was probably the oldest man in the club, and simply felt out of place.

Near the end of my trip, Juliano was closed in anticipation of Ramadan. The Juliano girls migrated to Niagara. Unfortunately, my bad rep continued to haunt me.

Niagara is the hunting ground for ethnic Russians. They don’t (have to) pay for pussy.

Sky Club

My research revealed that Sky Club, at the Grande Plaza Hotel, was another hooker disco. It was closed by the time I made it to Tashkent.

Strip Clubs

FM Bar

FM Bar is part of the Zarafshan Complex, next to Kafe Broadway, on a small street connecting Sayilgoh St & Matbuotchilar St.

After the girls perform on stage, they tour the small bar, soliciting for lap dances. Being the perfect gentleman, I gracefully accepted each and every invitation.

- Alona was tall, with long blonde hair. Reports indicated groping was not allowed, so I kept my hands to myself. I loved it when Alona caressed her face against mine and moved her lips tantalizingly close to mine.
- Yola was a curly haired blonde. After observing the locals, I let my hands roam all over her body.
- Big titted brunette Leila wasn’t wearing a bra, so I could squeeze her soft tits.
- Curly brunette Emma had the prettiest face, and spoke good English.
- Finally, brunette Crystal was the skinniest girl to dance in my lap.

The hottest chick in the bar had short, curly, platinum blonde hair. I witnessed her perform on stage twice. Unlike the other girls, she kept hiding in the back, never doing a lap dance for anyone.

The FM Bar girls had athletic bodies, but from up close, their faces showed signs of age. Maybe I should have gone back to try & meet the angel who escaped me. I never got round to it.

The cover charge is 10.000 UZS. Beers are 9.000 UZS, plus 20% service charge. Lap dances are just 5.000 UZS.

The strippers cannot be barfined, but reports suggest you can arrange to meet them outside office hours.

Observations

The service in Tashkent ran the full gamut, from scam artist Anna to sex pot Diora.

Some girls refused to suck my dick, on account of being Muslim.

The girls often expected me to come quickly. Those insufferable Indians/Pakis probably spontaneously combust at the sight of a white girl opening her legs. I prefer to get my money’s worth.

Looks

I spotted plenty of truly hot chicks around town, even though Tashkent can not at all compete with St. Petersburg or Odessa in terms of eye candy. Of course, what really matters is: What do the hoes look like?

My main grievance with the Diplomat hoes is that so many girls were... overweight. There were plenty of pretty faces that were potentially very attractive... if only they lost a few pounds. While the lack of skinny girls severely limited my options, the selection no doubt reflects the preferences of the Indian/Paki/Arab vermin Diplomat attracts.

The Juliano girls were younger, prettier & skinnier. Unfortunately, many of the pretty birds preferred local boys their age to an older Westerner they could barely communicate with. My bad rep was another stumbling block.

Truly hot Uzbek chicks... go to Dubai, where they can make considerably more money.

Money

Just about every Tashkent hoe will ask for... 100 dollarrrr. I love the way Russian speakers roll their R’s, especially at the end of words. So what does a crisp 100 USD bill buy you in Tashkent?

Instead of trying to negotiate a lower price, I strived to make sure the girls would stay the night. The problem was that many girls would receive a phone call early morning, either from their pimp/boyfriend or a worried family member. I hate morning wake-up calls when on holiday!

Another problem was that many girls insisted on being paid in advance. I hate that shit! But it actually stands to reason, considering the vermin these girls have to deal with.

To counter both of the aforementioned issues, I switched to offering the girls 50 USD per pop. If the girl insisted on being paid in advance, I’d put 50 USD in the nightstand drawer... just as I was about to jump her bones.
Since the girls are generally ready to leave the club as soon as a deal has been struck, another strategy would be:

- Strike an “all night” deal early.
- Take the girl to your room straight away.
- Get as many pops as you can.
- While partying in your room all night.
- Release the girl when the sun comes up.

Registration

When a girl joins you in your hotel room, she has to be registered. All Tashkent hotels will charge you for registering your guest. Judging from reports, the charge varies between 10 and 50 USD.

I didn’t want to deal with this hassle & extra cost, and stayed in an apartment, where girls could come & go without any need for registration.

When I visited Juliano with a fellow punter, one girl he talked to wouldn’t join him in his hotel... but he was welcome to fuck her at her place. Non-pros may also object to being officially registered... as hoes.

Origins

Stani

Girls from Central Asian countries of the former USSR (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan) are collectively called Stani’s.

Russian

Ethnic Russians only make up 5,5% of the population (Wikipedia), but are very well represented in Diplomat. For my taste, Russian girls are more beautiful. They definitely have more diverse looks. You can even find yourself a blue eyed blonde.

Unfortunately, the tendency to be overweight is even more pronounced among Russian pros.
Korean

The main ethnic groups in Tashkent are Uzbek, Tajik, Russian and... Korean! For your enlightenment, the Koreans were forcibly relocated to the region by Stalin in the 1930s.

There were many Korean families in the neighborhood where I stayed. Their daughters were often cute as hell. Since it was an upscale neighborhood, they were also stuck up as hell.
On a few occasions, I spotted some Korean chicks in Diplomat. They turned out to be unapproachable non-pros. I badly wanted to nail a piece of Korean ass, but never encountered the elusive Korean hoe.

While many of the pros speak sufficient English to negotiate a deal, few speak English well enough to have an actual conversation.

The level of English is decidedly lower in Juliano than in Diplomat.

Tashkent P4P Scene

Hooker Discos

The Tashkent P4P scene is concentrated in a few hookers discos. Being a night owl, I love to party all night & sleep all day. Contrary to reports, Tashkent pros are generally not party animals. Uzbekistan being a Muslim country, the girls also tend to be rather reserved in public. They dress conservatively. Dirty dancing & French kissing are frowned upon.

The pros are ready to leave as soon as a deal has been struck, which is not a bad idea in Tashkent. Getting naughty in the disco is a no-no, but things can get wild in the private after-party in your room. Make sure you have music & plenty of booze.

Local Punters

The vast majority of punters in Tashkent are locals, and their venue of choice is mainly determined by their ethnicity.

The repugnant Indians/Pakis flocking to Diplomat couldn’t possible get laid unless they paid for it. You’ll also see plenty of Arab types.

Juliano is mainly a playground for young Uzbeks, and is also popular among local Turks.

Westerners

Westerners are a rare sight in Tashkent, and most are on business trips. I only met 1 bona fide sex tourist in Tashkent – an Aussie!

From hookers to taxi drivers to security guards, I was asked if I was Pakistani or Turkish! How anyone could confuse me for a Paki is dumbfounding! Not to mention downright insulting.

So are Westerners popular in Tashkent? Well, unknown is often unloved. Not speaking Russian is a further handicap. In short, the simple answer is: “No!”

Having said that, there are girls who specialize in the Westerner market. Alas, they’re not exactly the youngest or prettiest girls!

Uzbek Mafia

Every night, there were a couple of Uzbek kids in Diplomat, who generally kept to themselves. But on a number of occasions, I spotted them dancing with a girl near closing time. The kid then accompanied the girl outside, ushered her into a fancy car, and walked off into the sunset...

One night, I witnessed the following scene in Diplomat. A girl is crying in the lounge area. A suspected mafia kid & a security guard are listening to her sob story. I don’t understand what she’s saying, but a bell rings when I hear these 2 key phrases: “Chekia” & “Nyet rabochi”. So the girl was Czech and she wasn’t a working girl. When the girl finishes her story, the security guard bi*ch slaps the mafia kid.

My interpretation: the Uzbek kids in Diplomat are low level representatives of the Uzbek mafia. When the kid spotted an unfamiliar face, he tried to shake her down for contributions. When the girl turned out to be a Czech tourist, he got slapped by the security guard.

The Tashkent hoes may be freelancers, but I’m convinced the Uzbek mafia gets their share of the spoils.

Final Words

If only Diplomat weren't crawling with Indian/Paki/Arab cockroaches. If only the Diplomat hoes didn’t have such fat asses. While Tashkent was a big disappointment, it actually does have great potential.

Uzbekistan is surrounded by countries harboring the most obnoxious people on the planet, who also happen to have a fetish for white meat. As long as they dominate the scene, Uzbekistan will never catch on as a Westerner’s P4P destination. And that’s a damn shame, as Tashkent is the most delightful of cities.

My location will be the Dedeman.

Having been there once in March it seems to be no problem to take a girl up.

Thanks for your guidance. Saw your post a bit too late.

Was in tashkent recently and could feel that the city is changing day by day with lots of available chicks around. The issue for me was local language, which I do not speak at all.
