I have not done the bars in Vung Tau since they were catered mainly to the Aussies and Russians working in the Petro industry. The girls there are somewhat older, but some are still good looking. Lately I heard that Vuvuzela at the Imperial hotel is a hot spot, but you may have to go more than once to get the feel for the place.

Vung Tau are best known for the massage girls. Some of my best experience are from what formerly known as Amis, but now move to hotel Binh-An at 179 Vo Thi Sau street (ticket=250 k, FS=700 k). After one or two visit, they allow take-out after 11 pm (I. E. , they recognize you as a known / safe guy). I use the following routine:

1. Ask for young and big boobs girl, say you want to see the girl BEFORE you pay the ticket.

2. When the girl shows up NOT to your liking, ask for another.

3. Keep it to no more than three rejects (walk out, since by then you know the selection / availability is limited).

4. Pay the ticket 250 k (like a barfine) and take girl to your hotel, pay the girl in your room at the hotel, some wants money first, some don't care until after.

Although I occasionally take girl back to my hotel, I usually let her go right after. I usually don't do more than one shot per night and prefer to sleep alone. But I heard the overnight (with MSOG) rate is anywhere between 1. 5 M to 3 M, depends on quality and your negotiation skills. They (papa / mamasan) usually ask for the name of your hotel to make sure it is a safe / friendly hotel, so take a few hotel business cards with you, usually available in hotel lobby / reception.

Other than the above, kynu.net has a few girls listed under Baria / Vung Tau. These are mainly incalls. But similarly, after some visits and you are known to them, they will agree with outcall / overnight.

It is still there. It's Buu Dien (the Post) accross the street (Ha Long) from the hydrofoil (tau canh ngam) station. Like you said it is on the high end. Ticket 250 k plus FS for 800. Total 1020 k last time I was there, about 6-7 months ago (Summer 2017).

They charge usd 9.99 for processing. Stamp fee at the airport is usd 25.00.

I have had the same headache. My connection flight in Taipei is very rigorous. Make sure your stuff is spot on! I used a different company, but was able to print everything OK. I will let you know how it goes!

Don't know what your passport is but Brits can buy evisa from govt site for $25 (if staying more than 15 days; fewer has a waiver). Just print it out and sail thru immigration. Personally I can't be arsed with queuing for visa on arrival and form filling when I get off the plane.
Maybe you can do same?

Been there twice for over 2 months. Viettel has Best coverage. Prices are too close to worry about. Best to buy card and data / minutes from real store.

Street vendors sell and they work, but, you may not get all you paid for.

Buy a cheap motorbike, I recommend Yamaha Nouvo. $300 range.

Check backpacker hostels / hotels.
