That place in Nam Dinh is called Quat Lam, it is similar to Do Son that is all girls are fixed price, and the girl comes to your room just like in Do Son. After a few months of use, the network will eventually send messages asking you to confirm your identity, you can verify your identity or throw them away and buy another one.

Viettel is the best network operator in Vietnam. But the data plan they provide is very small. Vietnammobile has the best data plan but the signal is not good. You only get the full signal in big cities.

You should buy a Viettel SIM with your real ID for voice and a pre-registered Vietnammobile SIM for data.

I've used the kiosk at the airport, cause needed service as I walked out the airport. Internet was fast and got unlimited everything for 400 k. But then half way through my trip the data got throttled and I was annoyed as hell. Thinking about doing the prereigstered sim and get new one once the service dies or slows down. Hate getting new numbered though. I was texting girls so new number just throws it out of sync.
