I am considering a trip to Vietnam. I'm not a billionaire, but I am not on a tight budget either. Having quality experiences with hot Vietnamese women is the priority. For me hot is under 30, no baby, no silicon, no tattoos, and slender.

Reading through the posts in both sections, it seems that before covid the consensus was that HCMC was the better place to monger. But reading more recent posts, you get the impression that there is more fun to be had now in Hanoi. At least Hanoi has the Foruna hotel. What does HCMC have over Hanoi these days?

I'm probably going to catch some flak for even going here, but I have my reasons. Neko doesn't offer FS. Nothing I saw at Tom's bar or thereabouts seemed interesting. I'm not a regular traveler to Vietnam on business who has connections. I was just there to have fun, and 95% of what I was focused on was above-board tourism, and I didn't particularly want to waste precious time with apps that may not pan out. Frankly I had more money than time on my hands -so off to try my fortunes at Fortuna. Here's my story.

Night 1: Well first off, their "system" is not ideal, but I suppose I knew that going in. There's a $50 "drinking" fee. I don't know how much drinks it covers, but I never ran up against the ceiling, and knew I probably wouldn't unless drinks were outrageously priced. The $40 "sitting fee" is more objectionable, but at that point it's "in for a penny, in for a pound. " Then there's a "suggested" tip for the mamasan, strongly hinted at around $30-40. You can't simply come in and seat yourself at the bar and peruse the scene the way I would have wanted.

Plus $130 for the girl.

They bring them out in groups of 10 or so, and if you don't like what you see, they bring out another group. So selection is good. I hear there's another room in the back, where they supposedly have "better," "newer" talent. But they said it was "full. " Hmmm. Maybe I should've held out. But I found one smiling young cutie who was acceptable. Looks 7/10, but she was friendly and that helps.

Oh, and there's the matter of the room. My hotel is supposedly "guest friendly," but I'd already asked them for a lot, and I just didn't feel like the hassle of testing it out was worth it. $40 gets you a decent room right there in the hotel. Just to make things hassle-free. Service was good. Body wasn't perfect -once she took off the dress, you could see she wasn't amazingly fit, but again, friendly and enthusiastic. Practically begged me for a second shot (more money, I'm sure). But by then I was good.

Thanks for sharing a very detailed Fortuna experience. Totally get why you'd go this route on a short trip. I happen to live here so that wouldn't be the best option for me, however, I do use your method when I visit some massage parlors I visit (getting their # for a follow up visit for FS at a hotel, if they are game). How do I get my pm able to receive? Who can turn it on? Vietnam prices range dramatically, I know places as cheap as $8 and up to $250 depends what you want. Average for something really hot $20-35, but these are local prices, I speak Vietnamese and know my way around etc etc, as a foreigner things are different if you can't communicate but there are tons of options here for anything and everything. I am constantly discovering little pockets of action, its great!

Can you post recommendations? Going to VN soon and your messages don't work.

Night 2: This time I was determined to hold out for someone really hot, and I would've insisted on seeing the second room if I hadn't found someone who interested me. As it turned out, I did. Looks. 9/10. Maybe 10, depending on what you're into. She also knew some English, which was nice. Says she's a professional who works in a big international firm by day (won't say her name, or what she does, or what firm, and you'll understand why in a minute). But the salary is low, and a friend told her she should try this place and she'd make a lot more money.

Anyway, can't complain about the sex. I think she wanted me to finish quicker, but she definitely tried to put on a good show.

I can just imagine. Your company sends you on a business trip. You're fantasizing about that Viet hottie in say, marketing, and there she is for the asking at Fortuna!

I knew I'd be back in Hanoi one more time mid-week, so at the end, I asked her what my prospects were of running into her again. Unfortunately she said no -like she said, she has a regular job, and only does this on the weekends. Well then. What about meeting up Outside of this place in the middle of the week? She said I can't tell mamasan, because she'd get in trouble if she did that, but basically, Yes. So we exchanged WhatsApp numbers and off I went.

So there is definitely that option -go there, find someone you like, and see if you can arrange to meet elsewhere on her day off. Should definitely cut down on costs.

As it happened, when I came back, I met some people, we went out drinking, and the rest was history. I usually find that if you try and relive the same experience, it rarely lives up to expectations anyway.

So did I overpay? Of course. Some would call it a ripoff, and they're not wrong. Everybody gets their cut -mamasan, the bar, the hotel, probably the mafia. But at the end of the day, you get hassle-free, enthusiastic full service -not with an average-looking girl, but with a real Viet hottie with zero prior time investment.

I am planning a little Asian tour after few months and thinking to stay a week in Hanoi. I am more of a Tinder / Instagram contact person that usually finds a normal working / studying girls that want to have some fun with a passing by tourist.

I was in Hanoi a couple nights recovering from a long flight staying in the Old Quarter. Constantly approached by guys showing me pictures of a naked girl on the phone and offering happy ending. Aside from being too exhausted to partake in anything and headed to greener pastures in Thailand, my assumption is that jumping on the back of the bike would not necessarily result in that happy of an ending with the girl almost certainly not being the same girl and all covered service at best. Luckily Viet touts are so non-aggressive it's very easy to decline.

Half a dozen ladies in the back of a nondescript shop. Tout said there was another one if nothing took my fancy, and it didn't. A bit further up the round to the next shop and same same. There were some modestly attractive light skinned late 20's girls, but the price was too steep so I decided to bail. The price tumbled, I can't remember what it was but it ended up at a quarter or so of where it started so I ended up say saying yes. They really sidnt want me to leave without paying at least something. Upstairs with a decent looker, but crap service. She tolerated a bit of groping but didn't get undressed, more handjob than BJ, and zero passion, not that there was ever a chance to build any in that environment and the price negotiation probably meant she didn't get much. There might have been more on offer, idk.

Well not not the most timly reply but I was there 4 years ago and one night fallowed one guy to a massage joint 2 blocks off of the main drag through old town as I had seen him working the same area the previous 3-4 days. The girls where ok not my thing and I had only USD in my pocket so passed on option, but most deals in Hanoi were just people making money so I didn't feel I was ripped off just as most places some deals are better than others and play safe.
