That information is for when you go from Vietnam to China, I'm not sure about the other way around. Maybe you can fly from Shenzhen to Wenshan then from there to Hekou to avoid having to take a long bus ride.

That place in Nam Dinh is called Quat Lam, it is similar to Do Son that is all girls are fixed price, and the girl comes to your room just like in Do Son. Long over due report.
