Viettel is the best network operator in Vietnam. But the data plan they provide is very small. Vietnammobile has the best data plan but the signal is not good. You only get the full signal in big cities.

You should buy a Viettel SIM with your real ID for voice and a pre-registered Vietnammobile SIM for data.
