But the bridge is a good 3 to 4 Km away from the T Point and all the action is in the middle about a Km or so after you take the right turn. Lots of garages and pink lighting. 100K VND ticket. If you are coming from the airport side, cross the bridge and go straight towards Metro, ignoring the right turn to Au Co.

Yes, this area has been active for well over a decade and if you can't find it you are looking in the wrong place. It's wrong really to connect it to Cau Thang Long as it is Pham Van Dong and well before the bridge. Before he died a few years back it was all called Thang Long Highway, but then they changed the name of the southern part of it to PVD.

That's the Thang Long Bridge. Part of the 'highway' on the way to the airport. The very long bridge. 'Cau' means 'bridge' in VNese.
