I can confirm what David said is 100% correct. I'm Vietnamese and occasionally I go to Do son where prob one of the best value for money in Vietnam. There are few other places but from Hanoi, do son is the easiest to reach.

Google reviews for Khách sạand Xâwhy theựng, are decent, but the photos on google make it looks like a regular hotel and not one for having guest stop by. Would you suggest this hotel or going down the street more? Recommendation for hotel that is in the action, decent hotel (not dirty) has a room safe, offers over night instead of short time, and of course guest friendly or even provides line up.

Went to Rose VIP today. Chose the Japanese VIP massage 90 minutes for 700 k (includes a drink etc. Too). Didn't have to wait was asked to follow the guy and was immediately put into the room. Must mention that the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, also you need to pay later.

You can rent a room there, about 300,000/ night, try to get rooms on higher floors, they are often more clean, the room in lower or main floor get too much actions, and are very dirty.

IF you want 3 some 4 some 5 some, just tell them, just multiply the cost. So if I want to get service from 3 girls at the same time. I am going to pay 750,000 or 900,000 depend on what the negotiated price for each shot is. Sometimes it is 300,000 sometimes 250,000 (local guy price).

To get to Do Son from Ha Noi, you guys can go by bus (cheapest). So from Ha Noi, you take bus to Hai Phong, I think about $5 or less, take about 1 hour 15 min. Then from Hai Phong, you take another bus to Do Son, about $2 or less, take about 1 HR min.
