Yes the price is fixed & very good incl girlie company, snacks and drinks. Of course they have karaoke systems but mamasan is the lady boss and often her boyfriend the security so its not a karaoke place. Select your company go room to enjoy her and if she likes you you agree her fee & take taxi your place or cheap hotel nearby. She knows where to go so don't worry about that. Not every girl go out but most of them. Everyone start asking usd 100 but go down. Maybe usd 50 is the minimum. Some of the girls are looking for foreign seriously, some for bucks. Mamasan is afraid of police so she will not advice you on hotels. But your girls will do. When the girl is ready to join you, she will. When my cousin visited me last year in Hanoi we went to check out those Japanese KTV's near Kim Ma. This type of lounges designed for the mid-high level Japanese business mans with fat wallets. I and my cousin go into one place like this. With the entrance plus 3-4 drinks the bill ended up 150 usd. And we just sit with the girls and only allowed to touch them. When the place closed at midnight we wanted to take the girls into hotel and the mama san explained we have to become a member of the place first (minimum two more visit) than the girls will "love" us and we can take them to hotel. I also asked how much is cost if we are so deeply in love, and the answer was 200 for ST and 500 for LT.

So these places I think the biggest rip off in the city. For Japanese is still cheap because back to Japan this kind of fun is cost much more than this, but for everyone else who looking for high class service better to go to Hanoi Hotel or Fortuna Hotel. There you can get everything for max 200 usd or even cheaper, and don't need any bullshit membership.

If you want FS under 100 usd in Hanoi, street walkers the only option. 80% starfish but you can always find girls for 30-40 usd.

Search under Gai Goi (literally, Girls Call) or Dan Choi (literally, Mongers). The police shut down these sites frequently, but they usually pop up again under different URL within a few days. I have done it a few times in both Hanoi and HCMC.

Their reviews use a fairly standard format. You can see the pictures. Translate it and you will have a rough ideas what they talk about with the girls' TEL and a passwords.

Most won't speak English. You may want to print out the reviews and ask one of the English-speaking hotel guys to talk to the girls to set up the deals and to give them the hotel address etc. They may ask for a moto ride surcharge if you are far from their normal operating areas.

That one is tricky to figure out.
