The ones on banhmy, you have to register with them first and then do a payment by phone card, which is often about 10% of whatever price is being charged for the service. That one is tricky to figure out. For some other sites like this that do include the phone numbers, go to danchoi.xxx or danchoiviet.net (actually that last one you have to register but the phone numbers are free if you're signed in).

Googling "gai goi" will bring up others.

You can walk from Hoan Kiem lake along the Trang Tien Street towards opera (red circle). After crossing the Tran Khanh Du Street, check out some street hookers (red cross and Hong Ha Street).
