I wanted to post an update and review of the Boss KTV in the basement of the Fortuna Hotel. There's also a new rule that even if you go as a single guest, and plan to have a girl sit with you, you still need to spend at least 660,000VND (I think, or around that much) on drinks. This was the worst for me, because I don't want to buy a bottle, and I don't drink all that much when I go out, so it's really just them charging even more to go there, with nothing in return.

In short, it's still a great place to go and have a fun night with a beautiful woman, but these new rules are annoying, making it more expensive than before, and I'm not sure if I'll go back any time soon.
