Well not not the most timly reply but I was there 4 years ago and one night fallowed one guy to a massage joint 2 blocks off of the main drag through old town as I had seen him working the same area the previous 3-4 days. The girls where ok not my thing and I had only USD in my pocket so passed on option, but most deals in Hanoi were just people making money so I didn't feel I was ripped off just as most places some deals are better than others and play safe.
