The last time I was there in 2002, the price for a girl in the club was 700,000 (us45dollars) st (2-3 hours). Service was good no rush and willing to please. I met 2 American guys there who cheated two girls. After they did the deed they refused to pay saying that they thought it was free. They were black and hispanic. Here’s some info on the street scene in HCM.

Lot of spot’s, mainly girls riding motorbike, sometimes with pimps waiting for people to stop. Those places are not foreign oriented but cater to locals so let’s not ruin the market.

Price is often depending of timing, if late night price can be really cheap comparing to early evening. Mainly I usually go between 150.000 VND and 250.000 VND (including room) depending on what the girl looks, the time and what she’s in for… of course little viet knowledge can help. If she still ask for more, just leave and she’ll call you back. I’ve never had troubles but never go with to much money or drunk (just take necessary cash, no jewels, no camera, …). I don't know if you can get FS at the massage parlors in VN given the setting of the room (i.e., door with glass that can be seen through in and outside and the lighting). I may be wrong. Not only barber shops but other venues (e.g., coffee shops) also provide services too. Most of those places are far from tourist areas thus to get there you have to go with local people; otherwise, you are out of luck.
