It applies to anyone who is willing to earn some money and who is not, you should forget anyway because high price des not justify good service most of the times. I was in HCMC earlier this month and used line / zalo / kynu extensively.

The standard current LT rate appears to be 2 M.

My preferred approach was the meet a girl from KYNU (400-600 k ST) and if the chemistry was good, I'll take her LT.
