I was in HCMC earlier this month and used line / zalo / kynu extensively.

The standard current LT rate appears to be 2 M.

My preferred approach was the meet a girl from KYNU (400-600 k ST) and if the chemistry was good, I'll take her LT.

Suggest go back and read the forum (RTFF as they say), there are plenty of info for me to re-type. These were summary key words for each method or where to look.

1. Social networks such as LINE, WeChat, WatApps, Zalo, etc. Best VN women are among those who doesn't do it for money. These are usually for LTR and those who stay longer in VN and willing to invest time and efforts.

2. Web sites such as thiendia.com, kynu.net, many more, RTFF and you will find it, some even with "how to".

3. Walking the streets or searching in the bars are among the least effective ways, but it works if you don't know how to do 1 & 2.

4. Use a guide for sex tour, some by member of this board. I think one was offered by member Mutant Chicken, not sure if he still does that.

5. Use local help such as taxi driver, Grab bike, hotel doorman or bell boy. Expect to pay higher fee to the girl at first since the girl has to pay back the boys, but once you get the hang of it, the girl can get you direct numbers (hers and her friends).

In brief, go back and RTFF, the information are there, asking members to spoon feed you the information already available is the definition of you "manager" type. Please consider contribution (first).

You should decline them. If they say they'll call someone, you should leave immediately, don't argue with them. And make sure they don't know anything about you, including your real phone number (buy a disposable phone card).

All the ones I've chatted to so far have been completely up front about what they're offering, massage and sex in my hotel. Prices quoted were from $50 USD to 2,500,000 but most were around 1,100,000 dong.

O man. Wish I read this last night night. On my last night here and got early flight. Might head out there for happy hour. Walking street is for sure way overrated. Since its my first trip to HCMC I'm chalking it up as a live and learn.

VOA cash only, $ or VND. VND gives better rate. I payed <$50 for 3-months, single entry, visa. Had to wait about 2 h to get my passport back, in Hanoi.

Cash in Dollars. Mine is for one year!
