Hey guys!

I am new to this forum but I have gleaned a lot of information from your posts. I will be going to HCMC this fall and was wondering if I should get a room at a girl friendly hotel or rent an apartment? The prices seem about the same but hotels seem like more of a hassle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this topic.

Sadly I will only be spending a week there. Would you guys be able to recommend any spots for me to hit up? I really want to get the most out of this trip if at all possible.

I always rent an apartment even for a week then I don't have the hassle with having over night guests. Plus you can have fun in the kitchen too and non p4 p girls love to cook a meal with you before they phuck your brains out.

Good that you have a week. I'd consider the apartment rental depending on location. A 2 star GF hotel is ok, but the rooms are pretty basic and might feel too small for a full week. So if you can bag a decent apartment it would be more comfortable especially if you are planning to bring some girls home. The GF hotels work ok, but they girls do have to check in with the hotel and that can be a little bit of a hassle. On the other hand, you are getting a little security check on the girl but her ID may still be fake.

My somewhat limited experience is that most of the girls in the bars are pretty old and fat at least compared to what is on offer in Hong Kong and China. I got bored really fast of looking around for anything under 30 and under 9 stones (130 pounds). Most are mothers and have the bodies to prove it.

But there are a few guys on WeChat that can offer you a line-up of girls at a short-term hotel. This is usually my preferred method. Some of the girls are pretty hot. The price is VND 1 million ($45) for one shot and one hour, plus about 200 k ($8) for the room. I have pulled many 8/10 girls this way. If you click with one of the girls then get her WeChat or phone number and ask her to your hotel or apartment for the night. They will usually jump at this if they don't think you are an asshole. Of the VND 1 million, the girl gets less than 1/3 so if you pay her 1 million or 1. 5 and she doesn't have to pay the WeChat agent or (perhaps) her mama then its a really good deal for her.

There are also lots of freelancers on WeChat if you are in D1 and use the "look around" function. Beware! Many of the photos are bogus but some are real. If you like you can juggle a few conversations and then ask the girl (s) to meet you a coffee shop to see if you like her looks or not. Its one way to while away a few hours in the early evening.

I'd stay away from the apartment and get a GF hotel. Many of the apartments will have sercurity that will not let you bring in girls. For only a week you're better off getting a hotel (IMO). Also be sure and call to check if it is okay to have a girl spend the night (wherever you stay). No reason to risk it when all you have to do is ask ahead of time.

However, beware of that some hotel charge extra for the second person. If you book on the web, make sure you book for 2 persons and on check-in say that the other guest will come later (if ask, some hotel will just ignore). They usually check if the booking includes breakfast, since they will have to give you two breakfast vouchers.

You've given me some good advice in the past so I hope you won't mind if I as again. I will be hooking up with a lovely VN girl I met in Shanghai. I want to take her on a little 3 day trip outside of HMC. Initially I wanted to go take her on a cruise of Halong bay (pictures are amazing! But she is has a real problem with motion sickness and can not handle the 4 hour drive to the bay from Hanoi.

Any cool places you can recommend to see that I could get to by plane or train from HMC? Something not in the guidebook?

The good news is that the bars around Hai Ba Trung and Thai Van Lung will have what you want for a price.

The bad news is that an overnight in the Intercon will not happen. Suggest you read the hotels thread for other options.

I stayed once in that hotel, or I thought I did, if that's the one beside the Hard Rock. There was another lift just inside the doorway leading from the little arcade between the Hard Rock and the hotel lobby, quite easy to go up there direct to hotel floors.

That arcade had a few flirts in it also, so keep your eyes open.

Yes, even if you find a girl willing go overnight the price is about 100 USD or 2 mill. That's the going rate for about 5-6 yrs.

I will answer this one. First you are asking the wrong question. First of you have to actually find a girl for over night it would be most likely at a bar. Lets say you got this far. Next you have to have to be able to communicate with the girl. If she speaks English great. But, you have to assume she does not speak English. So you better have some kind of Google translator or what ever to get to this point. Next, For FS for the hour or I would like to say a rushed 10 minutes is basically 1 mill for the girl and 400-500 thousand for the shop. So I would say it is more realistic you will get a girl to come to your hotel and pay her a million for the hour. Once you pay you should assume she will rush you. But if not great. Then the final question is do you have a safe big enough in your room to lock your valuables away. Your money, computer, passport, etc. Because you now have a stranger who as soon as you fall asleep could steal your computer etc the minute you fall asleep. So those are the questions you should be asking. Next you want to talk with your bank and make sure they don't cut off your card if you make withdraw after withdraw lets say 7 times in one day depending how much you spend. Because it will set up a red flag and many banks will shut off card. If you can go there with 10 million in dong so you don't have to mess with ATMS. Finally when you get out of airport go to the taxi stand. Don't go with a taxi driver when they come up to you. They may speak great English and super nice. Don't go with them! Go to the taxi stand.

My normal travels takes me quite frequently into China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. I do know the places to visit to find freelancers. Manhattan in Shanghai, Wanchai area in HK, Beach CLub in KL. Etc.

First time in April I will be going to Vietnam. Specifically HCM City. For few days. I have made many, many extensive searches in the various forums for HCM to find clubs or places where to find FL's or places nearby my hotel where to get a good massage. But each time came up empty handed. By the way, I plan to stay in the Intercontinental Asiana on corner of Hai Ba Trung and LE Duan.

Do any of the locals know of any places nearby to the Intercontinental (or with a taxi ride) to find talent? I generally like to take the girl for overnight pleasure. Not sure it is allowed in the Vietnam 5-star hotels.

I really would appreciate some one pointing in the right direction.
