I am coming from India and want to spend a week or two just on enjoying around with good quality semi pro or non pro girls. Please let me know if anyone has any views or suggestions. Also, I am still going thru the thread messages to build my knowledge before I jump to itinerary.

Sorry, wrong city forum. But still I guess what is for HCM, it will be the same in Hanoi. BTW HCM was one of my first mongering trips and I had great memories. But then I was young and inexperienced and went only to massage parlours LOL.
