Your NPK experience sounds a bit below average. You may just have been unlucky, but quality / attitude has certainly suffered a lot in line with recent price increases.

There were a lot of warning signs in your incall encounter which you rightly enumerate and kudos for being prepared to admit them for the benefit of others. In general punters appear to get better results in the 500-700 k range than in the 1 M+. As you say the women are always a few years older than their stated ages, unless they are genuinely 18. Bait and switch is not uncommon.

I think one of the main differences in the scene between Vietnam and the other countries you list is that in Vietnam a very firm hand is required.
